I have a question if anyone is kind enough to answer, these trucks typically hold 40 cubic yards correct? if you're picking up from an apartment complex and its 5 8 yard dumpsters that are full you're pretty much full and have to go to the dump yard correct? or is there some compressor on the truck? if so how many cubic yards of residential trash can you fit and how much will it typically weigh? If someone who knows will answer this for me I would really appreciate it.
Na. Usually a food truck can hold 16/17 tons. Depends on the trash/ wood doesn’t pack as well. If it’s raining everything packs better. I’m not sure how many dumpsters that would be tho.definitely over 80 tho. At least
@@johno2504I wouldn’t say that these trucks can dump 80 boxes 8 yds, especially if it’s mostly construction debris but with regular garbage you can do like around 20-30 boxes of 8 yds before it’s start to get full and won’t pack past the top door slot. Regular garbage packs so much better than occ or construction debris so you can fit much more before being full and having to run to the dump. Source - I’m a front end driver
