That's probably why Batista tripped. He felt the burning energy of Woods as he went ham singing his theme song and just had to fall over on the ropes in response.
I like Batista. He actually seems to really like wrestling and cares about good stories and angles and matches. I mean he started late and got hurt alot but kept coming back. Sucks people shat on him in 2014 when he came back and worked house shows and Raws and even Main Event and Smackdown a few months before Guardians of the Galaxy came out to huge money. I mean hes great as a heel and he shoulda have been a heel but fans were hating the actual guy all cause he wasnt Daniel Bryan.
Batista begins to hate the business (wrestling in WWE) the moment they turn PG. When he rebel with the idea of going PG, he decided to bleed a little bit against Y2J, was later scolded and fined by Vince Mcmahon. Batista talk about how absurb it was, and says that the business was never gonna be the same again from the moment he started. Eventually he had enough after being schedule of losing back to back to back to John cena, he had done all the works for Cena and couldn't even get a win back. Batista has every right to leave WWE, they don't deserve him. Dude went on to participate in a big Marvel movie, Guardian of the galaxy.
DING DING DING The following is a No Holds Barred match!!! In which Triple H’s in ring career is on the line. There will be no counts and no disqualifications; anything goes and the only way to win is by pin fall or submission. Introducing first, from Washington, DC weighing 275 pounds, THE ANIMAL!!!! BATISTA!!!!!!!!! His opponent, from Greenwich, Connecticut weighing 255 pounds, THE GAME!!! TRIPLE H!!!!!!!!
Batista already stopped fighting and I think the wrestlers who are going to give up fighting sooner than other legends are Triple H, The Rock and John Cena. Triple H is more interested in NXT and Cena and Rock are more focused in Hollywood. John Cena is going to be retired by Edge, Triple H by Randy Orton and The Rock by Roman Reigns. Maybe, Wrestlemania 38 and 39 in 2022 and 2023 respectively, could be the final for all of these legends, because we know Cena and Rock cannot be because of their filming work and Triple H won't have enough time to prepare his final combat.
Wondered that too. Do they have a retractable roof at MetLife? I think WWE builds a canopy over the ring and the equipment but fans are shit out of luck
