Here is a WMATA Metrorail Compilation on the Green Line at Fort Totten and Hyattsville Crossing stations during my spring break. Featured are various 2000-series, 3000-series, 6000-series, and 7000-series.
As of May 10, 2024, all 2000-series railcars have been retired, and been replaced by the 7000-series, which now runs in 6-cars instead of the typical 8-car format. This increases the amount of trains, and allowed WMATA to retire the 2000-series. Originally tested on the Silver Line only, they were expanded to all other lines. A 6-car 7000-series train was also featured in this video.

I was watching this video quite intently to see if I made an appearance in your video operating the train, but alas, I did not see myself, nor did I hear my own announcements. 😓 Question: about what time of day do you typically go out filming? I will totally wave hello to you as I'm coming in if I see you. Also, that train that bypassed College Park was quite late, and that skip is used to pick up time. I've had that happen to me a few times before. Usually, either West Hyattsville, Hyattsville Crossing, or College Park will be skipped, but I feel like they skip College Park most often. I dare them to just run a late train express all the way from Fort Totten to Greenbelt.

yeah im usually out in the midday hours. think i saw you the other day on the green line at college park lol i wanna pop out and find you though lol
