I don't get why some people think that Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark are supposed to hate each other. Their teams (Chicago and Indiana) can be rivals but it doesn't have to be personal. The All-Star game should be fun. Hope they both enjoy it.

This is a sign for the Hall-of-Famer to come out of retirement. We need personalities. They got these coaches doing interviews during high pressure situations. Who better to handle that situation than the GOAT. I never saw her play but respected her as a legend as soon as I herd her speak. Caitlin is that cool friend who’s really reserved and quiet and Angel is the complete opposite the cool friend who’s very outgoing the life of the party. People think they are supposed to hate each other when in reality they just wanna hoop and have fun. They’ll forever be linked together like Magic and Bird.

Especially when this game is about so much more than any singular game that she plays now, Caitlin has a larger purpose in her life. She is leading by example, remaining silent while enduring a heavy burden of all the adversity to fit in as she begins her introduction to ‘Higher Play’. Her desire for ‘Higher Play’ however, had nothing to do with ego or notoriety, it had to do with a ‘Higher Calling’. Her purpose from Day 1 has been to represent herself as a role model for younger generations.
