This video is a series of clips I edited together, all taken from a multi-night showing of "Moses the Lawgiver" on WNEW's (New York City's channel 5) late-night Hollywood's Finest movie, leading to Easter weekend in April 1985. (Easter fell on April 7th that year, with the movie's three parts airing in the pre-dawn hours of Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 4/4-6/85.)
First up is the tail end of a paid program (with a "copywrite" of 1983), then the "Next" bump. The HF open follows, with the familiar ITC Entertainment logo. I left in a short TV Guide spot as a date marker (the issue for April 6-12, 1985), then a title bump, and a Kojak promo. After that, several brief movie promos for the holiday weekend: "King of Kings," "Moulin Rouge," "Doctor Doolittle," "Fun in Acapulco," and "The King's Thief" (of which I have a longer version on this channel already). A thirty-second promo for "Easter Parade" follows, with a ending production logo and a "Next" bump for CME SAT, which I believe was sort of like a sponsored surgical demonstration or lesson.
