The plate with the cicadia is from the south of France from the Provence region. The cicadia is a symbol of Provence ( along with lavender). The town of Avignon was marked on the bottom. That piece was made in France. I know because I come from there

The white thing you picked up right after the blue fairy light bottom is a french butter dish/bell. It's missing it's bottom piece though. You put butter in the bell part and in the other part you put some water and when you put the bell in it seals it so it keeps it fresh and at room temp for easier spreading.

The funny metal thing you were hoping to find glasses for. I've something like it only much smaller. It turns like a lazy Susan and usually holds crusts, sometime there'll be a jam pot with little spoon. Finding the bits for them is almost impossible. I use it for cut pansies (one of my favourite plants). Votive cups with the curled rim fit perfectly so I use them for vases. The more you cut pansies back the more they bloom. So I usually have multiple small glasses all over the apartment.

The white bell looking thing you didn’t know it was is part of a butter bell. The part that you found goes inside a vessel you add a little water to. Then you fill the bell part that you found with butter and place it in the vessel of water. It forms a somewhat airtight seal that keeps your butter from going bad for two weeks to a month at regular room temperature. Then you can have soft butter whenever you like. I absolutely love mine.
