Great Video ,, But I like to point out some error . First ACI is anticodon and wobble bases are found in tRNA that can be paired with more than one codon pair for some aminoacid, that the point isn;t it. to compensate the less number of tRNA to the 61 codon of genetic code.

doesn't the inosine have to be on tRNA anticodon's first base as opposed to being on mRNA codon's third base? Because, from the way ı know, only tRNAs can have these kinds of modifications and bases. 7:34

at 8:20 there is a mistake, inosine (I) is not found in mRNA but rather tRNA so it should be the opposite. ACI anticodon can recognise three different codons and therefore the cell would not need 3 different tRNA's but rather just the ACI tRNa....
