literal translation for poetry does not make sense .. the correct way to say is literal along with what it means " its ben between shade and intense sun ( its been ups and downs) "
Me and my wife were alone in the city of Los Angeles... went through severe struggles with our first baby boy who had club feet and had several casting/surgeries started from day 7 he born! Neither of us could sleep more than 2 hours in a row at least for 6-7 months... It is quite a story of us! Me and my wife finished watching this serial on that time and I used to listen this song every night... Now when I see my son walking and running, I found that I almost forgot those days... but I won’t forget this song... Its like a complete peaceness to mind... Thanks to the composer and the singer.. Love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
Mubarak ho brother, MashaAllah se aapka bacha theek hogaya, muje bohat khushi hui sun kay.......Aulad ka mazoor hona aik bohat bari takleef hoti hai....
Hanzala Munir The history is bitter between two countries!! But I don’t want to comment on that or I can’t tell anything about other people or the politics! I am a simple man who grew up watching cricket and music from Pakistan! What else you need? 😊 Only Cricket and Music is real 👍🏻
@Hanzala Munir just to tell you that it’s such an irony that the song was originally written by Naser Turabi with a grief in heart to loose Bangladesh from Pakistan in 1971!! And after 45 years later a Bangladeshi was listening the same song which he found peaceful to his restless and struggling life! Isn’t it a historical thing! Its the beauty of music! Cheers! 😎😎
No doubt language and theme of Ghazal is very beautiful and effect deeper in soul .it reflects emotion and devotion of two friends who separated without allegation to each other .I m taken aback to read that it reflect emotion of both wings of Pakistan when separated due to only it was written in 1971 .Some can say it was CRY over Partition by Indian in 1947 .....but it is futile . do not mix Art and politics .
After the East Pakistan (Bangladesh) Separation, Hasan Turabi wrote a Ghazal"Woh Humsafar Tha" expressing his sadness at the great tragedy of the separation of East Pakistan resulting Bangladesh Liberation. Love to Bangladesh from Pakistan!💔
I just heard, this song was actually written when Bangladesh and Pakistan, both became apart. The song writter from Pakistan wrote it, because he was upset that we became apart. The person who wrote this must be the best human of that generation. Thats was so sweet. And, please, never be sad about that. It was about to happen, so it happened. I am a Bengali, and i don't really care about what you guys did. It happened years ago. As a neighbour, we will always love you guys. Let's be friends now, and lets stop those tears. Let's be good from now on. We will always love you Pakistanis and Indians.
Please start with your fellow countrymen ... Minorities are being treated inhumanly and being forced to convert to Islam These minorities need love and support from people who put humanity first

Today is 16 December. This day we lost our brother East Pakistan💔Bengalis will live in our hearts forever. We the people of Pakistan apologize to our brothers. Blood relations will never change♥️ Adaavatein thi Taghaaful tha Ranjishein thi magar Bicharne wale main sab kuch tha bewafai na thi.💔
This is called hypocrisy!! Calling for brotherhood now? They were being screwed by Pakistani govt and they were seeking freedom from you! It’s easy to be poetic and make it look like romantic affair 😂
The genocide was carried out RAW agents from India disguised as Pakistani army.india itself has admitted several times open...modi godi and Rahul Gandhi @@vedantpathakhave several times admitted this fact
My friend from Pakistan shared this song to me. Loved it and added to my playlist. It shows the pain Pakistani people went through during that time, this part was never shown to us sadly. Long time gone, whoever did those are already dead. There is no point to keep grudge against any Pakistani people. Love and Regards from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
I remember my friend from Bangladesh who became my classmate in class sixth in 1971. I was 9 Years old then as well as my friend. His parents were killed by Pakistani Army. Since his maternal grand parents resided in Faizabad( Now Ayodhya), UP he came to Faizabad. He was a jovial boy. When one day someone referred to his parents, he started crying. I can't forget the scene.
The only people who can truly feel this song are the ones who have had to let go of their loved one(s) despite their love being the purest! Six years since you've gone onto eternity, my heart still aches the same!
It was originally written by the writer at the time of partition expressing grief for east Pakistan. It was nothing less than a divorce later used by serial "HUMSAFAR"
It was written by Naseer Turabi sb. during the partition of east Pakistan from west Pakistan. How beautifully he described it. We still feel the pain of partition.
Your royal language tried to impose on us ...such a shame now regretting for the separation by singing songs ...where were the poets ,singer that time I mean in 1971 ??? Why didn't you guys protest against the massacre of east Pakistan (Bangladesh) ???
@@abrarfaysal7856 And why did you massacre the Bihari Muslim population during the war ? Mukti Bahini also indulged in genocide. Did you protest against that ?
there is no best language, beauty is in expression, if you will explore languages like Sanskrit, Marathi, Bengali, etc they are much beautiful to listen to but I repeat beauty is in way of expressing and not language

When we parted our ways, neither you cried nor I But what's this O'beloved, neither you slept peacefully nor I Before meeting you, I was worthless Your companionship has made me priceless He was a co-traveller but I had no acquaintance with him We went through rough and tough terrains but I never separated from him I heard you won't attend her ball O'Beloved allow me to prepare this hut for your reception tonight There was animosity, indifference, anguish between us There was everything but the departed lover was not unfaithful O Kaga (crow/vulture) eat every bit of flesh from my body Eat every piece of my skin But please spare the two eyes They are hopeful of seeing the beloved At the time of parting, I noticed my song flashing across his eyes And such unique was this song that no one has ever heard it There is no sight as pleasing as yours Holding your picture in my heart, I wander in the world looking for you

I'm a student of class 12th and I listened it cover version on Instagram reels, then I found it on RU-vid and after I watched Full Drama Episodes and Now I addicted to this soulful song... What a Voice of QB ❤ What a Poetry of Naseer Turabi ❤ What a Line "Bichhardte waqt un Aankho me thi Humari Ghazal !! Ghazal bhi wo jo kisi ko Kabhi sunayi na Thi" Mai kya Hi bolu,,,,, Is gaane ko Negative se Positive ki ore le jaya gaya hai Jisme kya hi Meaning hai "Bichhadne wale me sabkuch tha, Bewafai na thiii" ❤ What a Beautiful Song #Humsafar ❤ Love from India 🇮🇳 //: 𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗪𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗥

Very beautiful song 👏 I like it. This serial telecasted in India 6 years ago. This is my favourite Pakistani serial. Women India ki ho ya Pakistan ki ya Puri duniya ki, girls or Women stand strong or har situation ka saamna karna jaanti hai.
Lol, yahan gender discrimination kahan say a gaya? Mard, aurtoon se zayada behtar hain jo sub kuch sehtay hain aur phir bhi chup rehtay hain. They are far more emotionally stronger than female.
#fact This ghazal was written in 1971 by Naseer Turabi, expressing his sorrow of the secession of East Pakistan(Bangladesh). Now listen Again and understand the lyrics this is more sad then we thought its not about love between two Persons its about west Pakistan and East Pakistan.
@noman farooq this song actually makes a lot more sense to me now that I know its context. thanks for the fact. Beautiful song, though and such deep lyrics. Naseer sahab ko humara salaam👌
Naseer Turabi wrote the song when he heard about East Pakistan (Bangladesh) being partitioned from West Pakistan. He termed the two parting nations as Humsafars who were originally meant to have a future together, but as political chaos ensued, the countries were split apart
Companions don't always stay, maybe this is what is being said🥺🙌..One part of the body is here, one part is there..আমাদের ভবিষ্যত একসাথে নয় কিন্তু আমাদের অতীত ছিল..🙌♥️hum kabhi toh saath the bas yahi Allah ne khushi bahut badi ki hai..🤲♥️🌹🥺🥺
@@tabassumislam458 awesome reply... respect to you my sister...let these idiots know they raped they murdered and they exploited Bangladeshis in worst possible way and then they celebrated Butcher of Bangladesh in Pakistan as national hero. That's why India supported Mukti Vahini to liberate Bangladesh.
@@tabassumislam458 Every Pakistani today whose ancestors wasn't at all, invovled in that incident still feel sorry about what East Pakistan had to endure that time. We accept the atrocities the Pakistani bureaucracy and autocracy inflicted on East Pakistan.
Noman Khan I thought it was for two soulmates separated by their ego. Regarding east pakistan I think bangladesh was never a part of pakistan . Had west pakistan treated bengali muslims like their brother, they wouldn't have done war killing 30,00,000 bengali muslims ,raping thousands of bengali women, and leaving 1,00,00,000 people shelterless who sought refuge to india. So, if this beautiful song was written for pakistan's separation then the poet has used his imagination which is far from practicality and beyond my understanding. If islam was the key factor of unification then why afghanistan is a separate country being in immediate border of pakistan????
biswajit mishra It isn’t meant to glorify the genocide in bengal. It is meant to describe the sadness between separation and animosity between peoples. In this case, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Peaceful to the mind and soul......QB's voice has done justice to the lyrics in depicting the pain and sorrow of Parting........the purpose for which this Gazal was written in 1971........Though anyone who has let his/her thing go may relate this to himself/herself.........Salam from India

This song was not written as a romantic song or to use in a movie/serial. This song was written when Bangladesh(East pakistan) was getting separated from Pakistan(West pakistan), remembering the pain of separation. I think pak people should know that.
