Elrking/Wild Hunt Heathcliff is insanely strong, yeah. If not for the fixation on killing all Heathcliffs/Revenge to Wuthering Heights, he could've easily become Star of the City or something just by killing and reviving continuously stronger enemies But nah, no way Philclair is the same level of strength as previous part of the Thumb(i think, judging by Discipline), trained by Color herself
I mean, Dante at the very least has power to slow time to the absurdity and it's, I think, his weakest ability since it's the first he remembered how to use(or it was the most fitting for situation of chasing down Erlking which is also true) At his peak Dante's going to be a great menace, even though probably not Color Fixer level

They were actully pretty strong ngl, Be able to beat the hell out of All Sinners with almost no efforts. While Sinners at that time could litreally win a Weakening WAW abnormality.
these guys are really good units even by todays standards, even tho lion has fallen off by quite abit since ricardo's released wolf and panther still hold up really well with them being multiply and negative coin IDs respectively
Gas Harpoon is always easier than trio. I remember crushing gas harpoon during my first time fighting her but got crushed by trio 5 times over before discovering K Hong Lu can eat everything and trivialize the fight.

I can see some traits of PT's kit from Library of Ruina in these three. Lion got the clash power value manipulation Shortie got the multiple/additional slash power of PT's slash stance Spear guy got the bleed kit of Pierce Stance🎉 But just like with PT being absolutely pulverized by a correctly built and used Red Mist I can understand how Verg the Red Gaze could no diff them. 😂
