Wolfenstein 3-D: Spear of Destiny - 942,500 pts. (w/ commentary) 

The prequel to Wolfenstein 3-D, in its very own episode containing a single sequence of levels. Of course it plays the same, but there's also some new stuff in there. The story revolves around Hitler capturing the Spear of Destiny and having it guarded off in Castle Nuremberg. And so, B.J. is sent out to reclaim it, which makes it the first mission in the series chronologically.
