Depending on your level you will get different amounts of XP/Coins for no alarm bonus, so. if you are low level you will not get nearly as much XP or coins, but it is still efficient.
It simple. Follow the path they take, don't trigger alarms and you get the most out of the money. After killing the general you go back to the catacombs and reload the mission again
