Tendons, definitely will. If your tendons did not remodel, then all powerlifters would reach a certain point, and their tendons would just completely rupture. Tendons, much like bones, take much longer than muscle to increase in strength.
@@jamesdjl4359yeah, that’s why steroid users get tendon tears more often because they grow muscle faster than their tendons get stronger and end up using heavier weights than the tendons can handle.
For those who don’t agree with this, look at our elders and how they seemingly “shrink” It’s the same reason. Their bones have less stress so they atrophy and get smaller making the person shorter. It’s simple. Your bones love to grow
I have broken my leg's tibia and fibula bone, but surgeon only treated tibia by insertion of IM rod in tibia through operation, and he didn't repaired fibula, according to him there is no need to repair fibula, it will heal by itself, it is not weight bearing bone, so no need to worry, is that so?
@faisal ejaz, the fibula is not meant to bear weight - but many people have sub-optimal weight-bearing mechanics and do in fact put pressure on it (people whose shoes wear out on the outer edges first) but I also sincerely hope the pieces are aligned with each other and not sticking into other tissues! I'm curious how the breaks occured, but I might not be back to this convo. By now you are walking I'm guessing, hopefully by rolling through your 1st & 2nd toes!
It's always good to work out. And if your wrist bones don't increase in size, your muscles will, and your forearms will get bigger. Bone hypertrophy takes time
Wow this is terrible. I'm an English-speaking student TRYING to learn about an anatomist and can't even understand the lesson because they choose some ESL person whos accent is too thick to even understand. Was there seriously no American or British person? Why do you feel the need to have a person whos native language isn't English, teach a group of English-speaking students? That would be like getting an Australian who speaks Hindi with a thick aussie accent to teach a group from New Delhi. Like why? Why even do that? Just to seem inclusive? Disappointed with Explified I thought they had better curated pieces than this.
