I've never had food cooked with lots of ingredients like this. I've eaten plain food like the most properly vegs, rice and pasta, potatoes etc and very little meat my whole life. My parents don't cook so we have really easy to make meals. I probably would have a taste explosion if I ate anything like this.

Just in case if Ellen doesn't know already..."Hoisin sauce" means oyster sauce... Not sure if they get the vegan version... Some says its only contains black bean & starches but no, it contains seafood if its the genuine one... Blackbean sauce is similar to hoisin sauce and often seen in Vietnamese restaurant...
"Hoisin sauce" literally translates to "seafood sauce", but it actually does not have any meat products whatsoever (at least for the most common brand, Lee Kum Kee). Oyster sauce is different. I know you're saying the genuine one contains seafood, but Hoisin and Oyster sauce are not the same thing. (I personally would also say that black bean sauce is actually quite a bit different from both Hoisin and Oyster sauces.)
