Ironically the tracks here are re-recordings of material from the first album, which was initially released 20 years before this split. That caveat aside, to some extent I tend to agree with you on this.

Can't stop listening to this split. I do not want to take anything away from the Wolfnacht and Goatmoon sides because they were great.....but the Thy Serpent track is too fuckin good.

Licht des Sieges is one the best Wolfnacht songs. What a shame that the remake version of it doesn't really do it justice. The original had a storm-of-steel atmosphere to it, something trancey and bitterly militant yet is hopeful.
Blackgoat f***ed them tracks with the vocal performance ngl.. it's a shame, riffs are good. Don't know why he felt the need to add those growly ass vocals on top
i agree with you in some way, he's started dojng it more and more. I prefer without and I believe most do. it doesn't ruin the tracks though, it's still great
His voice is quite damaged, I can understand they added the growls on the top to get them a bit "thicker". Anyway it sounds still decent in my opinion.
You didn’t know the guitarist has a swastika tattoo? He and the other members help out with goatmoon live performances as well. It’s not like this is breaking news. Real fans already know this
@@dippadai Azhemin and Lord Angelslayer (The other members of Thy Serpent) have both helped out with Goatmoon live performances in the past. Sami Tenetz (guitarist for Thy Serpent) is usually always doing guitars for the live performances of Goatmoon though. I thought people already knew this but I guess not
@@dippadai I lived in Helsinki till 2017. I’ve spoken with Azhemin himself that told me this. Never met any of the other guys from Thy Serpent and I never met Blackgoat so I can’t confirm this. But it would be a ridiculous thing to lie about. Just saying, that’s what I was told from one of the members of Thy Serpent. He said they’ve helped out a few times.
