under ‘Surveillance Devices Act 2007 (NSW) SECTION 8’ I have a right to upload videos publicly taken on public property if the driver has granted to have their voice in the video and their face. This section provides the statement that if a driver talks and doesn’t want to have his voice I should take it out and that is under If it’s classified as a conversation. Photo or image is legal. Legal actions taken when required.
