@@nicolevillarreal3436 it's a favorite of mine as well as the story about the thousands of starfish that wash up after a storm. If you've never heard it, 2 people are waking on the beach noticing all the starfish that lay dying on the beach. The first person begins to pick up starfish and throw them back into the ocean. The second person seems incredulous, and says "there are too many, what you're doing doesn't matter. " The first person bends and picks up another starfish, holds it up and says "it matters to this one" as he threw it back into the ocean. When I volunteered for an animal rescue it was just too easy to let the bad stuff out of your control bring you down. I would remind myself to focus on making it matter to the ones I could help.

This video made me feel a bit less crazy. A random cockroach fell out of my apartment bathroom’s fan, onto my iPad while I was on the toilet, and then fell onto the floor. I tried to capture it to release it outside, but I lost him. However, the next time I went into the bathroom, I found him on his back and unable to flip over. I noticed at that point that he was missing 1-2 legs - one of which was a hind leg. So I realized if I were to put him outside, he’d not last long, so I put him in a Tupperware container and feed him and give him a water bottle mist every so often, because I read they like damp environments. I’m immensely scared of cockroaches and spiders, but I just felt like it wasn’t in me to kick him out when he can’t get around well. I named him Kurt the Cockroach, after Kurt Cobain. Only a few days later (nearly 2 weeks ago), my real pet died - my beloved parrot I’d had for 31 and 1/2 years, and got him when he was only 4 months old. I’m in such terrible grief, and am bringing him to a crematorium tomorrow, so it’s very weird that a cockroach of all things is here to tell me that my care is still needed and I’m not completely alone yet.

All animals can be very friendly, playful and respectful towards humans if only humans treat them with love. Have you seen how cows like to play with ball and cuddle with human? Or bear, dolphin, horse, even little fish like to play if you take it and throw it back into water. It comes back for more. :) Humans have the ability to give animals something they have never experienced before. If only we'd use that ability more :)

We had a double hive at my house. It had a large Bumble Hive on one side and a large honey bee hive on the other. And you’d actually see them happily passing by each other even entering each other’s hive with no issue and I was wondering why is that? Until I noticed wasps near by. These two hives built together to protect each other from the wasps. But then we had a humming bird feeder with syrup. Both bumbles and honeys would stop by for drinks from it with the humming birds, each taking their own side of it, and one day two wasps tried causing it trouble. Now we have a bird feeder near by and what I saw was interesting. One bumble went near the finch on it, hovered before them, and flew over to where the wasps were going after their friends, the humming bird now perched on the crook holding it up. So this finch flies up onto the awning of the window and waits. The honeys and bumbles lured the wasps into the open and then it happened. The finch swooped down, tucked its wings to avoid hitting the bumbles and honeys, and sniped a wasp from the air before banking and flying out of sight. It comes back half a minute later, the bumbles and honeys repeat the process and the finch snipes the other wasp out of the air, landing on the crook of the bird feeder with the wasp, snaps its stinger against the crook, and eats it, before returning to the feed. Straight up those lil fellas had worked a deal with the local birds.

Are you saved? If you died tonight would you go to heaven or hell? The Gospel, which means the Good News is the news that God Almighty, the Creator came in the flesh as Jesus Christ to take away the sin of the world. The one God is a trinity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Son came and laid down his own life to save ours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for our redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him. Although God's creation was created perfect, having no death, sickness and disease, the creation became corrupted through Adam and Eve in them disobeying God. In this rebellion the creation became fallen through the curse of sin and mankind became separated from God. This world is fallen, but God offers reconciliation to him through his provision at the cross. Ultimately God will restore his creation to perfection when he returns but those that who reject his offer of redemption will remain condemned by their sins and go to hell. 1 Timothy 3:16 KJV And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: GOD WAS MANIFEST IN THE FLESH, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. John 1:1,14 KJV In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD. [14] And THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, and dwelt among us, 1 John 3:8 KJV He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Hebrews 2:14-16 KJV Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; [15] And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. [16] For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. Isaiah 9:6 KJV For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GOD, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. John 1:10 KJV He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and THE WORLD KNEW HIM NOT. John 20:28-29 KJV And Thomas answered and said unto him, MY LORD AND MY GOD. [29] Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. Acts 16:30-31 KJV ...what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast.

We had a bee keeper from a few miles from our property ask us if he could set up a few bee hives. We had no problem with him doing this. I would sit out in the early mornings with my coffee at a table I had set up on the east side of our house enjoying the early morning sun. Well these honey bees loved to drink the water from the heavy dew that would collect on the plastic table cover from the nite before. I just so enjoyed their presence. They would sit and drink the morning water and I enjoyed my morning coffee along side with them. I’m always saving bees of all sizes from my windows on my deck . They have no problem flying towards them but just sometimes find it difficult to turn and fly back out. Just love those wonderful pollinators. So precious to our earth. My sister always put out little china plates of water for the bumble bees beside the hummingbird feeders and she got a real enjoyment watching them clean themselves so meticulously and off course drink the cool refreshing water too. She said she just wanted them to know that she appreciated all they do for us.

I was thinking the same thing. They need the hive to survive. The each do a job that helps the others with food, warmth and other things they need. The queen can't even eat without the workers feeding her. I don't think that was a queen for that reason. It was most likely a drone that flew into someplace it shouldn't have. @DT-267K 2 года назад
It's not often said, but I think bumblebees are incredibly intelligent for their kind. Their hives aren't massive, or even all that sophisticated; while mostly social, they have a more independent mindset compared to other social Corbiculate bee species, especially the honeybee, which partially means they're a bit more mellow and less quick to jump to the gun against those they might deem an intruder or threat, and also means they're liable to act with more independence and free thought based on observation than strict instinct under penalty of being torn to pieces by its fellow hivemates the moment it acts differently. They can accurately identify humans they've found to be 'beneficial' to themselves, such as experiences being fed or tended to in an otherwise kindly manner, and will start to treat them with special behavioral patterns when encountered and recognized to hopefully receive more of such beneficial treatments, in much the same way as they treat specific varieties of flowers in order to best get the nectar from them (one such act is known as 'nectar robbing,' where the bee functionally drills into the flower from the stem or other part and takes its nectar without actually pollinating the flower, which requires direct entry into its head). They can be taught 'tricks' even, which is to say be taught to act in a specific and 'unnatural' fashion, typically in exchange for a reward. It's really coold stuff. And if I didn't know any better, I'd hazard the bee in this video is a European _Bombus terrestris._

Queens do lose their wings though don't they? But this bumble bee looked too small to be a queen. But I've never really worked with bumble bees. I've heard they don't produce much honey and their temperament is easier to upset than the honey bee. I mean, it all depends on the queen too, determining the temperament of the rest of the hive.

Thank you so much for changing your views on incects and other creatures of nature! Indeed, they all have some sort of awareness and have wants, needs, and some sort of companionship😍! It's difficult to ignore watching videos such as this! Your comments have not gone unnoticed! 😍😍😍💚💙💜

This is one of the most beautiful stories I've watched, which highlights the relationship between a human and an animal. If only humans could be more patient, respectful, and reciprocal. Thanks so much for sharing, Dodo!

That lovely Scottish accent and this bond with a bumblebee 🥺 the world needs more stories like this. Even if it’s just to perk up your day.

I found and helped a queen bee too. We had had a heatwave and the a sudden cold snap and she was huddled up just outside my back door and was so cold and near death. I warmed her up and got her some sugar water and got her back well enough to fly off. She now comes back from time to time and brings any ill bees with her for me to take care of. I’ve even seen her fly slowly above bees who could not fly to show them the way to me and i willingly take care of each and every one of them.

I live in the tropics in Australia and have 3 types of bees in my garden. The wild native bees, who are so small and dainty, the honey bee and the blue banded bee, who is the most beautiful. I let the flowering weeds grow on my verge so they have lots of food. I know it doesn't look so great, but it makes me happy that the bees are happy 💛🌼🐝
