Yep. That's why citizens need to take self defense classes and learn how to control fire and aim on target. This is Florida. She could have been dealt with.

This shows why banning guns will not get us to a peaceful society. We first have to figure out why there are people who are automatically violent and explosive. I was in two accidents where someone hit my car. I didn't get out in a fit of anger and start chasing someone down. Why do some people not have any self control? We need to address that. We need to stop making excuses for violent people. Its not acceptable period. I see extreme violence on TV everyday, especially Miami Beach which is now so dangerous IMHO that I'll never visit there again.
Reminds me of an anime called Jormungand, which is about a woman who had a company that was an international arms dealer. All members of her family did this. Near the end, she has a collection of people create a device that effectively shuts down all weapons, hoping it would lead to no more wars and peace. She eventually gets to talk with her brother(who very much enjoys the business). Brother says(paraphrased) 'if I can't sell tanks, I'll sell guns. If I can't sell guns, I'll sell bats, maces, and knives.' This psycho is SUPER LUCKY that the other driver didn’t have a gun (or decided not to pull it out if he did have one) and got shot, and the other driver could of very justifiably had done so, since in this case it would of totally been self defense (stand your ground law). This lady better learn now be fine she does this with the wrong person and it would not be very pretty.

they probably was drunk, since they hit- a stalled car, pulled off to the side of hwy. & probably started talking mess to her, saying they ain't fixing ish. If she wanted somebody stabbed, they would have been, just by looking at the video. Now true, she should of chilled/calmed down., & called police/insurance/lawyer....

These guys made a major mistake. Their focus shoud have been on the weapon and disarming her rather than holding her back. Drop the phone and protect yourself...The youger guy is very lucky she didn't stab him when turning his back to her and when he fell on the ground. Very foolish!
Reading by her last name Byamugisha she may be from somewhere in East Africa that name is commonly used in Rwanda, Uganda and Burundi as an Uganda I’m embarrassed on her behalf. She probably moved here in the states when she was probably little and then lost her African manner.
You have the audacity to blame this woman's behavior from her living in the US. One of the main reasons Africans, and other groups of immigrants, flee their homelands in the first place is because of the crime being done by people who look like them.
