It’s Mexico. It’s not uncommon to see free roaming cows and donkeys in semi-rural or rural areas. At least in Baja where this took place. I’ve been there many times.

@cah1964 No. I'm from México and we don't have cows and donkeys freeroaming everywhere semirural. There are ranchos and those animals belong there. This one in particular belongs to a ranch nearby and got loose (I checked the news). Apparently it was the second time it got loose, so it's owner was negligent.

It was SO POLITE! It gave her multiple chances to change her mind. I think she, like a lot of people, mistook its mercy for being a push over, or at least a being that she could just force her will upon…for some reason not realizing how…out matched she was…?
