Resellers are really the ones keeping thrift stores in business today, they make more than half the customers stopping to shop in those stores, so Thrift stores should be grateful really that there's a vibrant and dynamic 2nd hand buying and reselling economy at flea markets and online.
Look out for " weighted blankets " for people who have health problems and children with autism etc. Hence they are heavy and some people who buy them find they are too heavy, they help you to relax they come in different colours/ patterns
When you went back the second time, I liked what the man said to you when you opened and held the door "I thought all the gentlemen were dead". 😃 Tells me you were taught to be kind and respect others. Also, glad you went back the second time, good for you, looks like it payed off.
Due to my MS I have to walk with a walker (it was either that or an electric wheelchair and I am not going in that until I totally lose the use of my legs). It's far and few between the people who are kind enough to hold a door for someone, you'd be amazed. My parents brought me up right and I always held the door open for those older or handicapped when I was younger. One old guy told me once that had he been younger, he'd be holding the door for me while asking me for a date! What a flirt! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I just spent 30 bucks yesterday at goodwill. Found a Sony 5 cd changer, ps4 rockband drums and guitar, and vintage pc flight controls. All comps showing I should come out at $400 bucks. Thanks to you and Cincinnati pickers videos. Thank you for all you do, I found a new hobby.
Because I work across the street from a Goodwill, I go almost daily. I can only go on my breaks but have watched a few items go to someone seconds ahead of me. An Italian racing bike, mostly titanium, that had a couple of ebay sales for over $5000, the guy said it was priced at $25 and a 70's vintage Honda minibike with all the paper work and registration, looked mint and sold for $150.
@@wokzilla I don't recall the brand, it was over 20 years ago before everything went to carbon fiber but all the parts were Campy. I bought a brand new Softride there for $145, and got a nice Italian racer for my daughter in an XS frame for $25. Her bike sold new for over $2500. I am not a reseller, just looking for bargains.
That’s awesome, we’re very similar I hit Goodwill’s sometimes a couple times a day if I don’t have anything to do they’re getting to know me there at my local one lol central Indiana has some pretty decent Goodwill’s they don’t like resellers though but oh well I don’t care
I laughed out loud for real when u said the Go pro wasn’t attached to ur head !!!I don’t know why ppl are concerned with what u do?…Thanks for the laughs,,,,,!!!
You got me looking at all the electronics now. I would normally pass the CD changers and receivers, but after watching your success with it I now look at them. I still havent bought them though as they are really large and I worry about shipping them. Like recently, I found an Onkyo receiver. This thing was huge and heavy as heck. Sold comps showed it was going for over $200 plus shipping. Then there was a Pioneer 100 disc changer I believe. That was going for $150-$200 plus shipping. But again, it was enormous and heavy as heck. I just dont see how you could ship this stuff without it getting damaged during shipping. And also with returns, Im not going to ask them to ship it back, its way too large and expensive to ship. So thats another reason. Maybe one day I will get the courage. But its fun looking them up.
Hi all.... Dustin awhile ago you bought a record it was red not black one... What was the name of the artist thnx?... Think it was something "bad.?".. cheers..
I loved the video and they obviously know you well to tell you about the new stock. Thank you for being a gentleman, it gets harder when you’re older often with a cane to remain steady and open a door. Karma scored you that printer. Great finds and some fantastic profit to be made when they all sell. Looking forward to more videos even from your flea market stall.
Another video enjoyed! You're a total winner of a guy for respecting the senior couple. It's a shame that it doesn't even cross some young folks minds these days. THE LAMPS..., I almost fainted when they were left behind. 😁😁😁 You did score this time around. Loved the video! Another thumbs up & take care! 👍👍
Wow nice pick up it was ment for u for the lady to put it back n the air fire wow thanks for sharing have a bless night brother prayers and peace of Jesus 💖 🙏
For the entire time I have been watching you, my very first impression of you was that you are a gentleman. Great find on your items. The beard is great !
Hey Chuck, I have a flea market playlist. As far as setting up at the flea market I have one video where we did that: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4Wd9MDw_BfE.html I'll definetly be sharing my flea market buys and sales this year on the channel.
Funny ppl actually think your GoPro is your actual eyeballs. Hahaha! Even if you had seen it & didn’t want to get involved, that’s your right. Ppl are nuts in 2022 so who knows what confronting some random person could lead to. So many heroes on the internet. You’re the man, Dustin. Let’s see more of your wife sourcing at some point. Maybe another competition. Love ya man.
I just love how all these keyboard warriors take up arms and accuse others of not stepping in and righting some horrific wrong even though they themselves would never even consider putting themselves in such a confrontational situation. The very fact that you recorded but a mere fleeting glimpse of what happened and didn't even notice until you reviewed the footage at home cannot even sway them. I simply abhor fake people. That being said, I really enjoy your videos.
I enjoy your videos, however, what I don’t enjoy is the titles that you put on them. I get it, you’re supposed to grab someone’s attention with the titles so that they will view them, but I find it a bit disingenuous which makes it a turn off. I would be more inclined to watch your videos (or anyone’s) if they wouldn’t bait viewers with somewhat untruthful/misleading titles. Just my thoughts. 😏
I mean this title is completely grounded in reality, so I'm a touch confused why this video is the one you picked for this comment. Anyhow, I appreciate you watching the videos of mine you do choose to watch.
Sure, technically it is truthful and I chose this video after having found your channel and watched many of your videos with the same thing: title is truthful but over exaggerated, but decided to respond to the last video I watched. Best of luck to your success!
