@@isam6864 Accountability issues aren't a job of security. Their role is to protect him and also make sure he travels safely wherever the country needs him and on time. Anyone achestrating disturbances to his peace, am afraid they can't be kind with you. One you Ugandan guy i acquaint with told me a story. He's a delivery guy. He was in Westminster area packed delivering percels in his Van. Armed Police man approached him and told him to move his Van there's VIP coming soon. He told him am deliverying only two percel then i drive off. The policeman told him, if i find you here in the next 5 minutes counting from now still packed, i will arrest you. He just went back to his driver seat and moved his van to somewhere nice and safe . After some 15 -20 min. The prime minister passed by on a terrific spead heading towards palace.
