This is the 2nd case i seen where JJ dismissed a case where the litigants made up a story to get paid from the show. Both cases didn’t have evidence nor text messages to support their cases.

Borrowing from your family and daughters ex to pay a $10k dog vet bill is nuts! If you can't afford the vet bills you can't afford a dog. Then undocumented transfer of collatoral and undocumented sale of collatoral and undecipherable evidence in court and on tape and no police report. The case was a mess. The witness however was entirely believable as he had no skin in the game whatsoever.

ugh, the defendant did it... JJ missed the mark on this one... You can tell by the defendant's body language & reactions, the recording (even though it's not clear), and I believe the plaintiff & her witness, they sound & seem credible. The defendant probably also goes thru so many phones because of his bad temper.
