Beyond!!! 👌 Everything looks magnificent. It was originally the quality of food at Solitude which drew me back. Even to this day, I have not forgotten the effect of the food it had on my mind and body and frankly have not found anywhere. Great to see Sara and her place. Some of the plants grow here in South Rajasthan also namely some wild, others cultivated, Shankpushpi, pipli, morenga, giloy, sweetpotatoes, curry leaves, papaya, bananas. The papya paper as a sushi roll is unheard of, so is the semi-ripened papaya juice with ginger root. I do wonder if chicken spinich and the first few herbs yous picked up for the smoothie are native to Tamilnadu only? I bet the Queen won't be having all this too. 😀 Cheers Krishna, Shakti and Sara. 🙏

Hi from Malaysia. These same plants you're showing are local plants here too! In rural villages here you can still find gardens like this one but they are rapidly dissapearing due to urbanisation. Do you know that chicken spinach that grows from seeds forms roots similar in shape and medicinal value as ginseng? Chicken spinach is called Ginseng Jawa (javanese ginseng) around here. I was told the leaves shouldn't be eaten raw in large quantities because it's high in oxalic acid. We usually stir fry the leaves. Tapioca leaves is commonly eaten as vegetable here, cooked in coconut milk with some ginger and turmeric or blanched in hot water, dipped in sambal. Try it it's delicious! Thank you so much for your videos, i'm learning alot from them.
