Hey ARAKO TV. I just wanted to say you're right about focusing on ourselves as men. I started doing keto in the middle of January. I started at 320 pounds (above 22 stone). I've been doing for 3 months plus tonnes of running (4-5 a week for 1/2 or more) and I'm now down to 278 pounds (little above 19 stone). I know I have more work to do. But the fact I've been over 22 stone for years and I'm below 20 stone is awesome. I feel much more healthy. My clothes fit better. And I feel less winded. I'm proud of my progress and I wanted to share with you guys. Thanks

I’ve come to the realization that I don’t need a woman to be happy. I came to this realization when I found “my” girl cheating on me in one of the most pornographic ways you can imagine. I was 22 at the time, but I’m man enough to say that I went home and cried about it for about 2-3 hours. It was at the end of that crying that I dried the tears, got a gym membership, started eating better, and within 3 months was happier than I had ever been. I’m nearly 29 now, and haven’t been out with anyone since. My co-workers are constantly teasing me for being single, but I get plenty out of life, helping my mom and keeping myself, my home, and my life clean. I don’t need a woman. I don’t want a relationship with anyone besides my God. Like Bill Burr said, I’m never gonna be more free than I am right now. I come home from work, take a shower and don’t have to worry about hot water. I can eat what I want without having to make extra or make something entirely different. Every single penny I earn goes to what I want it to go towards. And most importantly, if I want to, I can sit my ass down i front of my PS5, my Series X, my Switch or my PC and play as long as I damn well please without a nagging, droning voice screeching at me about spending more time with a machine than I do with her. Like women don’t spend more time with “machines” than they do with their man when it comes to “adult fun”. Seriously, to all my single brothers out there, do NOT be in a rush to get into a relationship. If you’re gonna be spending time with and your hard earned money on someone, they need to be someone who deserves your time and money. I think you just found the wrong girl. I do basically everything you are happy about doing since you dont have a woman anymore. I play games when i want, i eat what i want (well thats a bit of a cheat since my girl is an absolute insane cook) my money is my money and she makes her own money. But i indeed agree with you on the last part. I am very picky, doesnt need to be the mostt beautiful girl but the character has to be good and we need to give eachother the needed freedom. Loved when Arako said that we should focus on ourselves cause I 100% agree. Thing is I'm in a relationship right now and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't trade my girl for anyone in the world. I focused on myself for the longest, nothing serious in high school and didn't pursue any girls either. Actually, up to the point where when I met my girl, I wasn't looking for anything... (When you don't look for it, you'll find it.) In my journey of self-discovery and understanding, there were moments I felt lonely. Eventually though, I found contentment in being alone. A Confidence that I didn't need anyone else to be happy and that my happiness started with me, that it was my responsibility. I receive a lot of female attention, it was the case from a very young age, still is now. But it did make me realise how meaningless it is. That I find no satisfaction in it... Sure, a stroke of the ego once in a while is nice, but its 100000x better when it comes from my girl, when I make her happy or when we're together. I'm 41, married with 4 kids, all teens and older. I have a full-time job, I do chores around the house and a few times a week, make dinner. Some years ago I used to go at this martial arts club, it was also a fitness center but the owner was a martial arts trainer, most of the guys there were big. There was this pixie of a girl, like 40 kilograms heavy, no more and she's try to take us down. It was awfully cute. Of course every guy there took a dive and we were very obvious about it. I thought she knew that. Turns out she didn't. She started a fight with a guy who was twice her size, he didn't even want to fight her, and ended up with a broken jaw cause that guy lost his temper for a moment after she kicked him in the balls.
What I think about the whole men vs women is that we have the same human rights regardless sex, but we are not the same. Like, a man can't become a woman and vice versa, no matter how many surgeries one has or how much chemicals they chug down. Maybe until puberty we can compete with boys, but after hormones kick in, no. I guess it's good for content though.
