It's romantic 😍 very feminine and charming... mysterious even! I love how well this space reflects her eccentric personal style. It feels simultaneously familiar and from another time.

The outside space makes a huge difference. Even better if it were LA and you could be outdoors most of the year. It's a nice design. She managed to cram a lot of stuff in a small space and make it look stylish and not cluttered.

One of the great things about those "living alone" moments in our lives is that, you get to have it your way. I love "looking in on" how someone else decorates. We love to look at our belongings and when space is limited, those creative storage ideas are genius. Love the outdoor space too. You give me lots of ideas. Thanks for posting this small space.

I love small places, I want a studio apartment. I dont seee the point in huge places when you are one person.

You just rescued this station for me. Many of the shows on Spaces TV felt full of bratty, zippy types, trying far too hard.The host Susie, even the music, was just perfect. Her place was sensual and adult, like the home of a well off, travel writer, eclectic and time less. They seem like items she had all of her life and not just in from Ikea, though, Ikea has its uses. We understand both living large and on a small scale in NYC, Susie gets it. Brava. I will visit her shop in Brooklyn soon.

I love this. Getting more out of the little space you have and making everything in your space have dual purpose means you usually have few unnecessary items. Having such a small place must also motivate you to always have your space clean and free of clutter.

It looks so much bigger than 200sq ft, such a beautiful apartment. The yard space is awesome!

I love the antique chest with 112 small drawers but I would need to label them for what is in each one. I would go crazy having to open every drawer to find the thing I wanted. I would use some antique looking calligraphy font and then tea stain the cardstock to make the labels look more consistent with the chest. The garden space triples the entertaining space, well except for winter.

I really enjoyed seeing how neatly you've turned your small apt into a kick-ass HOME. And you're pretty.

She has a wonderful sense of style and even mundane things, like the mirror, have flourish. The outdoor space is astounding and adds a lot of breathing room. Even if the weather prohibits being outside, at least her home doesn't look onto alley walls or a street.

Love this space. The back garden makes it totally doable ( wouldn't be able to handle it without that great space myself), though I think it could use some serious editing and decluttering but that's just my taste.

I live in a small apartment and I cant explain the relief of having it cleaned in 2 hours, instead of the 6 hours it used to take me to clean my old smallish house - I now have a small garden too which takes me less than 20 mins to mow - its freed up a lot of time in my life and made it a lot less stressful with maintenance

I have to say out of all the small spaces videos I’ve seen, IMO this video featured the best tiny apartment. I love her style. It’s similar to mine. Although it features a “room” turned into an apartment by greedy NYC developers for probably some ridiculous sum of money like $1300.00 a month, its still cute and tastefully styled and designed❤️

The deco and design are definitely crucial to make small space pleasantly liveable. But one cannot undermine the importance of the life style, routine, management and thinking patterns that make the design truly sustainable. I love that the series has both! It would be great if we could have a bit more of the latter as well, pleaasseee. Like, how often do they need to rearrange the deco? If they "work at home", what are the tricks to keep them organised and motivated? How do they get rid of cooking smell in such a tight space? Anyhow, great vids so far!! Thanks for sharing such great ideas and stories!

200 sq ft is what my f2nd apt in La was ,1 block from the ocean downtown longbeach with a 4th story view of the ocean/queen mary, It was small but roomy with a 8x8 kitchen with a cafe table 4 chais ,small but nice. I too had a couch that converted into a bed ,a full size bed with the bottom twin pulling out and up great for 2 people. Small but effiecent space, outragiously expensive area. But rented kinda cheap because of limited space. Now it rents around $1250 month water included hot and cold. power bill $35 no cable needed.

nice, but I wouldn't move all those pillows just to sleep!! I'd have some sort of shelf or storage for them all.

I like the "industrial chic" of this apartment.
