Alfred Angelo went bankrupt in 2017 so that wedding dress has to be pretty old it's definitely and older style. So thats why wedding dress shop said they don't carry that brand.

There wasn't a bride that's missing in the ditch with it? Morbid thought but seems strange no one has come out with any info.
