Exacto! .... There clearly was an antecedent which was not addressed. She said "He tried some illegal a@#!! SH##-- out there".(expletives).. -and that part seemed to be glossed over. That manager might have propositioned her concerning the pay issue -- (If you want your pay adjusted up then-- [fill in the blanks]..) -And maybe she didn't respond the way he hoped she would. Maybe she wasn't as desperate as he assumed?, so he proceeded to then vilify her in order to "CYA". Of course, for someone who is as outspoken as she appears...she would surely mention what , if anything, he might have said or done to her that was offensive - had he kept her on crew. So then he would need to make her suddenly a "bad attitude" and whatever else. True, her carrying on did not help her situation. But with all the turbulence and cut back in the fast food industry this type scenario could easily repeat itself time and time again. -- Not sure what state this was in, but in California the fast food workers Unionized.

@@mb9326 we had those on the fresh meat we cut but people would still find ways to switch the stickers. We did cut them wrap the meat ourselves.

They can restructure the positions. Lowes did this a few years back when they hired a new CEO. Sales people saw their pay and commissions go down by almost half.
