An other angle to look at all the pain and suffering we experience on this planet in my humble opinion is, i believe, we came here to grow and learn, the best way to learn and understand is to experience it, in order to experience difficult times we need someone to help deliver it, so that would explains why we have so much negativity and pain on this planet......i had a traumatizing childhood, with time i've come to appreciate what the Soul of my father and mother agreed to help me experience, in order for me to grow, they have now both passed, and i thank them both for taking the difficult role of being the abuser, and the enabler, this has help me tremendously, and knowing this has helped me in my healing journey. everyone we encounter are placed there for our growth in our journey, be "good or bad," we get something out of the experiences, weather it is a brief moment or a long relationship. I'm really struggling and suffering because I 've been forced not to be in nature. Life (retirement) is difficult when my positive plans have been almost eliminated. Forest Bathing is best when you remove footwear and socks and walk barefoot to natures flooring. Being grounded in nature is the best and cheapest medicine. Listen to the nature and enjoy is a plus. Too many people have put roadblocks in my positive pathways. Peace to Everyone.

I don’t think it’s so much attendance as to experience these different situations. What’s it like to have cancer? What’s it like to lose someone dear to you? What’s it like to be poor etc. And in doing so we gain empathy.

Beautifully stated video. I have to acclaim your view on being in nature to destress. I worked a high stress job and was fortunate to live near Lassen National Park, Mt Shasta, Burney Falls and would make a point of hitting the trail, at one of them, every weekend. I could actually feel the tension slide off my neck and shoulders after maybe walking about a quarter of a mile down the trail. Now I know everyone does not live close to a natural environment, but I lived in San Francisco for a while also and found ways to destress there as well, it's a beautiful city and surrounded by the ocean and bay. I found walking was a good way to take your mind off your problems and quiet down the internal noise. I also used to walk to Grace Cathedral to get away from the non stop city noise and sit in there a spell, in a peaceful meditation. Working, even if you love your job, has a way of winding you up, so be kind to your self, and those around you, and make time to find healthy ways to wind down and let the tensions of life go and may grace be bestowed upon your life and spirit.

I don't know anyone who is kind. If we were kind we would grab homeless people off the street and set up up in our empty rooms and let them live in our apartments. Broad is the road and wide the gate that leads to destruction. Difficult is the way and Narrow is the gate that leads to life. Maybe believing in Jesus is only really believing in Jesus when we realize that this world doesn't matter. If we actually believe in Jesus wouldn't we grab homeless people off the street and let them sleep in our beds since we know Jesus and the Father are watching and they see that we aren't just ignoring what appears to be nightmarish suffering? In other countries homeless people can build shacks in the woods. Here there's no where to build except on sidewalks. To me that's horrifying. If you're lucky you have a tent on the sidewalk with strangers walking by? If your unlucky you sleep on the sidewalk with pedestrians and cars driving by? Teh United States isn't conducive to homelessness. There's nowhere suitable to be homeless in. As soon as you're homeless you are breaking the law.

My son who dedicated his life to music he went to school and he taught choir in high school, he also worked as a choir Director at a local church on his days off because the teacher salary was so low. He grades the stage with his talents, working at a capital theater in Salt Lake City, Utah, as an opera singer, in many plays and operas. And then he decided to experiment with drugs. Recently became homeless lost everything he worked so hard for, and his beautiful home. It’s so hard watching him ruin everything he accomplished And there’s no one thing I can think of that would cause him to do something so horrible after all the many peoples lives that he has touched with his music so many and I am baffled and sad and disappointed and terrified as a mother watching her son live so . And couldn’t for the life of me understand why he’s where he is . He finally put himself in a rehab about a week and a half ago. But it’s the fifth time. But I’m hopeful because the last four times it was the family helping him get to rehab and then encouraging him to do so this time he really hit rock bottom and I’m hoping that it will finally be the time where he wakes up and realizes how amazing he is. It breaks my heart seeing him suffer and I feel like he needs to love himself again I thought he always did, but maybe there’s something embedded in him that causes him to ruin his life. I sure appreciate this beautiful message that you sent me this morning. It came to me and I moved to watch it. Thank you, thank you thank you bring me hope!!

We are light sent to experience the shadow. This is a low vibration, very dense, pressure filled plane of existence and it is here that we come to grow.
