And even after he emptied his pockets, the woman still stated he had the phone. Not once did she say that maybe he passed it to his friend or told the young girl that she should also empty her pockets. The woman just kept pointing the finger at the man. Why didn’t she say it was both of them? The only answer I can gather is that because the girl isn’t black, so the woman didn’t bother to include her. Someone present was recording the incident and when the accuser(male) found out that he was wrong, he only apologized because the person recording said that she recorded the incident otherwise the man was ready to leave the scene without apologizing but you do have a great point.
