Viewer requested video! Some wonder if women and children should wear tzitzit. There are different ideas and interpretations out there regarding this subject so I'll tell you what I see in scripture and what my own experience is.

Thank you for this video. My husband and I want to start wearing them. But a lot of my clothes are dresses and fairly long. Any ideas how to wear them on my dresses? I certainly don't want them to drag on the ground. I would love some ideas. Thanks. Shalom

Sure! I'm glad this encouraged you! I pin them to the inside of my dress hem, just as I showed with my shirt hem, with the fringe hanging out enough to not drag the ground. My daughters and some other ladies I've seen pin them to the outside of their dresses at the waist. You could also put the pin on the inside of the dress at the waist and push it through to catch the tassel on the outside. Does that make sense?

It takes me weeks before and weeks after Sukkoth to sort my junk out…

I have never heard this. And never have heard of Jesus wearing them as well. Going to look into this more. Thank you so much for posting this.

I loved this video thank you sister… I head cover but always thought women head cover and men wear tzitzit. You are correct we are all children of Israel if we are in Yeshua Messiah. The message is directed towards men but the men the “spiritual leaders” are to pass on to the family unit. Bless you dear sister ❤️🙏🏼

What do you think about women wearing seat whose husbands have not yet come to torah? I ask because I had ordered some off of etsy and was wearing them but then I saw a video that someone made that said that it should be the husband's decision and that you're taking over making that choice for him. She had recommended waiting till your husband came to those terms on his own and then wearing them. But I'm not sure if I should wear them regardless? I know it doesn't Clearly say in the Bible but I just wondered what your opinion was on the matter.

Hey friend! I think we should obey the Father as much as we can, even if our husbands are not walking in that same way. Has your husband indicated that he does not want you wearing them? If he has not, I would just wear them and not worry about it. If he absolutely has an issue with it, I would wear them under my clothing instead and would pray the Father would soften his heart about it. I have a friend who tucks them into her pockets because her husband doesn't want her to wear them. My son can't wear them on the outside of his uniform, so he pins them inside his pockets also. I don't believe this is the husband's decision---the husband is not above the Father's commands. So if he doesn't have a problem, I'd wear them! If he does have a problem, it's important to try to make peace---but sometimes we still need to obey the Father, even if it brings strife in our marriages.

I am also a Torah keeper and started wearing Tzitsi about eight years ago. At first, I felt a bit peculiar … wink. My husband, who is super sweet, is fine with my tzitzi and over the years I have gotten “better” at it. Over the last eight years, my manner of dress has changed. I try to find tops with a split in the sides so I get four corners…not always possible. A couple of helpful hints… Have fun with them, you need one blue thread…no other colours are specified, so I make my tzitzi to match every outfit. I sew them on my tops/dresses so that they are already there for ease in getting ready each day. I use cover up pins (cheap on Amazon) with funky/pretty tops when I am wearing special occasion wear to “ dress “ them up. I have bought, and want to make more tzitzi tops because there are great undershirts, have four corners and you make the tzitzi right on it. They are to remind us of Torah and are to be seen to set us apart. Enjoy!

I think we still generally have 4 corners. We just sew them completely together. I would like to start weaving my own fabric for clothing. With the blue in it itself. As I suspect that it was originally done. We have found locals due to their tzit tzits as well!

Generally my children spot them and alert me. They get so excited as well! I was thinking this week that Yah is repeatedly telling Israel to REMEMBER. (and turn from their idols) And the run of the mill christian doesn't see a reason to be reminded or to turn from their idols. We think we are above that. Wild thinking the more you read scripture!
