The respect in the room for Jackie is so evident. You can tell these women just truly respect her. I love that Jackie is just Jackie. She don’t try too hard in every different podcast setting I’ve seen her in she remains the same person. Big respect to this episode and most importantly to God. I'm 41, and growing up I always tried to find hip hop christian music. For me it was KD and Lecrae. In 2020, I cut out secular music bc God told me to. SPOTIFY has put me on to these woman and they are all 🔥. ❤ the work and keep it up ladies.

Stay Low one of the best song I ever heard, I 100% agree with Jackie, "it sounds ghetto" this song makes it easier to leave the old music I use to listen to. I loved watching this conversation! Need more of this! More conversations more collaborations more music more albums…and I know she got a lot going on but a JHP album would be Epic! Jackie gives me Lauryn Hill GOATed vibes! If and when JHP drops an album I feel like it would launch her into the next stratosphere! She is so wise,holy, and hood and you don’t see that a lot. Toya, who I had never knew about before this collab, has a really cool personality. I was pleasantly surprised to see how professional and knowledgeable CiCi was because I had never heard an interview from her. Wande seems really young but also knowledgable and I can easily see how her obedience will bless the younger generation because she's feeling the fear but doing whatever the holy spirit tells her anyway. I loved hearing all of their testimonies outside of JHP, who I have followed since her P4CM days. Praying for all of these ladies' ministries and that God continues to use them. 🙏🏾

I think CHH still gets a bad wrap, it took a bit for CHH artists to get a hold of the genre, but there definitely were even ghetto songs back in the day. Will You Take Me As I Am went hard in the communities around me. Sure it didn't look attractive, but to the larger secular population CHH will be marginalized. JHP is my favorite female rapper/poet period, secular vs non. I think the talent/sound of the top tier artists aren't as far apart as people make it seem, they just don't like the message. Now as for the majority or the talent pool in general, yes CHH can use some competition to raise the bar.

@@Treazhak thanks for your question! I think she has great flow, and the lyrics really speak for themselves. With her first album Art of Joy it truly is something to behold her second album Crescendo was a little less so imho but still great talent! And I’m sure as she mentioned in this podcast she’s going to get some extra features. Her writing is solid and she is able to connect real deep points and still make it catchy.
