Thanks for this video ❤️ The target audience may be women but men are learning a lot from these conversations to better support the women and girls in our. Reproductive health conversations such as this have been quite few locally and I think we should have more. I got to learn a lot from it and it will help me prepare for questions to come from my daughter. Although her aunts help a lot and I got her a gynecologist quite early so that she could better understand her body, I believe there’s value in being well informed as a father so that I can create a safe, open, naturing environment for her. Small request: please do consider dumbing down some of the terminologies, I didn’t for example know that there’s such a thing as normal discharge and what causes it, I think defining such things for the sake of guys and young girls that are learning their bodies would go a long way. I actually watched it all, I skip it for most influencers but yours was very interesting and the images of shiko in a normal setting (not a bougie beach making the audience think it's not attainable) actually using the platform and Lorna's voice was an advertising plus and it wasn't "omg skillshare changed my life, I am now a professional painter, omg this thing, omg that" Nothing over the top. It was "This is helping me, it can help you too". I like when influencers are real in what they are selling and are open to sharing that they are not a finished product but a work in progress. First skillshare advert that made me want to sign up. "Real people doing real things and selling to real people". That is advertising.

I've been watching but I've never commented, and this is the best thing I have seen on the internet. So helpful and relatable. I am an active person, I run and workout and mostly after that I'd get a lot of discharge. Getting an IUD didn't help with that lol. So I could wear pantie liners on a daily and I agree with Dr Kristina, when I stopped wearing those liners daily, my discharge significantly reduced. I have learnt a lot of things in this episode. I loved it finally....The doctor has addressed many issues that I had. I would like to suggest a topic: Endometriosis. I was recently diagnosed and it took over 7 yrs to get a diagnosis/ even to get a doctor to listen and info on treatment is all over the place.
Omg! This has given me motivation to get the vaccine. I got the first shot last year but didn't follow up with the second one when it was due. Now I have to start afresh. 🤦 MPshah at village market offers this for 10k. Women health is so so important.
