I've seen a lot of negative comments here. I'm just going to say my opinion. You are beautiful no matter what size you are, but if your weight can physically harm your health, people want you to get help. *I think all the women in this video are beautiful* , but if your weight is causing actual health issues for you, be that extremely overweight, or extremely underweight or even somewhere in between, think about changing it so you can live a happier and longer life.

Come THROUGH with the styling. I believe fashion is when you know how to dress in a way that flatters your body. Adding the stockings, layering etc. make it your own. That’s the beauty of style. I remember the video with the Muslim woman in the body con dress and the way she styled it was so good.

I think you should love yourself at any size, however, not every size is healthy. If you love yourself you will make some effort to treat your body correctly so that you can live your longest and best life. There are a ton of different healthy weights and it is important to try to get to one, but you don't *have* to be super skinny. Just listen to your doctor. ❤

To be honest, I really don't think self-acceptance is the right way to go when your body weight is visibly crushing your legs...

I truly believe that everyone is beautiful, but I also believe that if your weight is affecting your health then you should make some changes in order to better yourself. That goes for people who are "skinny", "fat", and everything in-between. I'm a size 00, but for someone else that size may not be healthy for them. Everyone is beautiful, yes, but that doesn't mean you're healthy. But regardless, the decision to change your lifestyle is your own and no one else's. I'm honestly sick and tired of people body shaming others and it needs to stop.
