I guess you always want what you don't have. I have oily skin so I prefer my makeup to be super matte. To me, this finished look makes it appear like you didn't cleanse properly. But, that's just me. One of the great things about makeup is the creativity. So if you want to glow it up, then glow it up =) If you prefer to stay matte, nothing wrong with that.

They're both part of it as far as I know, Devin is just more available since she created ladylike so she doesn't have to work her schedule around it. The others have different jobs in the company so they can't always be available.

Devin was a fellow and then a producer and now is in the cast full time! Chantel is also a producer and is in the cast full time. Freddie and I started Ladylike last November. Hope that helps!

It really bothers me that Buzzfeed don't seem to care about animal testing. On the RU-vid channels and the website, they constantly promote brands that are notorious for animal testing, such a Sephora's own brand stuff, Mac, Maybelline etc. There is so much good cruelty-free makeup out there, and the animal testing that goes on in the cosmetics industry is so disgusting and cruel.

um....I think they use these products more likely because they're popular products that a lot of women use, not so much that it relates to animal testing. Tbh, the majority don't care about animal testing. I mean if it's not tested on animals that's a plus, but not enough people go out of their way to specifically buy products that aren't tested on animals

This mostly looks like those "full face using only highlighters" videos. That being said, I am a big fan of using just a little highlighter because I feel like my face looks really flat after I put powder on, and that Becca liquid highlighter is *incredible*. I tried it on my hand in Sephora and it looked, no joke, the way body parts look on Victoria's Secret models. Both the friend I was there with and I ended up buying it......

I use blush f nontouring, it was popular in the 1960s. You take a classic pink or peachy tone on the cheeks, jawline, chin, hairline, and above the brow. Highlighter can make you look sweaty or too dewy. The blush also makes it look natural.

I see these commenters saying that the highlighter makes them look greasy. They do look very very greasy, but it's not because of the highlighter. They just didn't do it right, especially the liquid highlighter. The highlighter is only supposed to be applied to the cheekbones, brow-bone, cupid's bow, the bridge of your nose, and the temples of your forehead. NEVER the direct center of your forehead, or on your chin. When you face forward, you shouldn't be able to see the highlighter on your cheeks. Highlight should only be visible on your cheekbones when you're turned to the side. These girls also didn't blend it well, and they used a LOT. They're obviously not skilled with makeup in the slightest, considering the fact they stated they couldn't simply contour. Contouring isn't THAT difficult... This is just a bloody mess.

As someone with dry, dull skin, highlighting is great. I love having dewy, glowing skin.

Non-touring and strobing still seem to be the same thing to me. If you mess up, contouring gives the effect that your face has a lot of dirt or non-touring/strobing gives the effect that your face is really sweaty. Either way your face looks dirty if applied incorrectly.

I love how Kristen has been doing her makeup lately! She has great eyes! Her lips are kind of thin so I always thought it was strange she wore lipstick to highlight that instead of her great eyes. Regardless, you do you. :)

They just look sweaty af 😂 Contouring is so easy, you literally just follow the contours of your face. I'll definitely be sticking to contour and highlight instead of this.
