Head height should remain the same transition to each move explosive power with intensity but don't tense up throughout the form power only comes on the end of the strike or block. Best of luck in martial arts
It’s called sine wave. Itf exaggerates the relaxing and the acceleration of the tensing during moves so it naturally makes the up and down motion.( not the most efficient form of power generation)
It is ridiculous. It slows down the technique, "telegraphs" the technique and does absolutely noting to increase power. This would be a beautiful performance if they would drop the sine wave.
@@allenschneider1847The really ridiculous thing is that you think that the Sine Wave does not add any "power". When it has already been proven that it is a very effective path for the techniques. You should learn more before saying 5tup1d things.
