It's like everything isn't real, it's like not knowing how to put it in words, it's suffocating, it's destroying. It gets to the extent where all you want is it to be quiet, the noise stopping, you just live without existing, you welcome the pain and predict the hurt that's yet to come Everyone believes you don't trust without them realizing you prepare yourself for the inevitable pain While going through all that you appear to be the STRONGEST person everyone around you has ever seen, while you are totally shattered inside. That's how it feels not to be okay but perfecting the pretense of been okay

Well, I tried talking to my family or "friends" but they're just telling me It's because I never go out and I have to see people and that I am just overreacting and they keep telling me I am just another one of these teenage girls that need attention... I stopped talking to anyone about my feelings because even when they ask me how I am they don't accept another answer than I AM FINE because they want you to feel that way because if you are not fine you are weird and if you are weird everyone starts hating you more than they already do and I can't handle that I don't know how to. The only place where I can relax is in my room when I am finally alone and I don't have to smile anymore I can cry until no tears will come out anymore...but my mom keeps dragging me to places with many people and I don't know why but I feel scared and it feels like the people around me are laughing at me and I feel judged. It's probably just me but the only place where I can talk like this about my true feelings are the internet, but people are telling me to stop talking bullsh*t because I am one of those who need "attention"... I don't need attention I just want someone to understand at least a little bit...

A memory, so long ago yet still fills my mind as if it were yesterday. Going into my mind and plucking out the toughest memories of all. I am my own downfall, I will be the person to ruin myself, break away at my soul slowly, memories still dwindling, shadowing over me like a dark cloud. A war in my mind, do I repeatedly think of that darkness and pain or will I be strong enough to wipe my sleight clear and let go of the harsh realities that lie. If only I had done the right thing, pieced together the perfect mix of words to convey how I was feeling, how I do feel. I never can quite gather all the thoughts in my mind, to speak what I want to say. To reach out and open myself up again to someone else, in the fear that I may face the exact same heart wrench. Trust, is not bought but earned by people’s actions, the way we treat others and prove that we are trustworthy of all those dark secrets lingering in the shadows. I question myself, why do I trust so easily, I should have learnt by now after all this hurt that my thoughts, the memories inside my head are tucked away in a box that only I can open. I trust people in the hopes that they will keep me safe, keep my secrets safe. How utterly foolish of me, I knew deep down things were always going to end in pain. “Be happy” “Move on” these words haunt me in the dead of night. If happiness was just as easy as “being happy” then I would have tagged along years ago. If only life was as simple as flicking a mental switch that changes our attitude. Moving on, what does that truly mean? Being able to look back in my box of tucked away memories and not feeling so much hurt anymore, no longer feeling my heart ache as I remember the good and bad. Or is it distracting myself enough to forget, forget what has been said and done, all the anxiety, depression and heartbreak that comes a long as a dessert after loving someone as you would love your last meal. Or, is it keeping my mind at bay, keeping it occupied enough so I get to a point where I feel as though I have moved on. However, the feel of nicotine rushing through me, the cold of the alcohol that soothes my lips, that icy blade dragging across the blank canvas on my wrists is never enough, these distractions don’t help me move on. That tucked away box will always be there, deep down and no matter what I try to do to forget, to not feel as much pain anymore, it is always there and I will always go back to it at the end of the day.

a few days ago i was asked.. “If you had three wishes, what would it be?” I answered with three fake wishy washes answers cause i guess that’s what normal people would do. But really.. my real answer was.. nothing. I wouldn’t even have three wishes cause really I don’t really want anything.
