I saw a thread on twitter that asked for the fight scene between Wonder Woman and Ares to go with The Power of Love from the dubbed Sailor Moon R movie. So here it is. Sorry for my crap sound editing skills I really tried.

This scene (with the ‘Power of Love’ song) gives me a vibe that this is something that would occur in a ‘Sailor Moon’ episode. I know adapting a live action anime is not a bright idea but with a decent cast (no whitewash), well developed characters, perfect writing and an interesting story, I would like to see a live-action ‘Sailor Moon’ adaptation being handled well. Hopefully, a live action adaptation could reintroduced Sailor Moon in a new light for a new audience (the same way Michael Keaton’s Batman reintroduced the Cape Crusader in a new light from Adam West’s portrayal).

Actually there is a live action sailor moon, not sure if you ever saw it. It's style is pretty similar to that of Power Rangers, but it's actually not bad and very different from the anime/manga story. So as long as you can deal with it being kind of bad graphics wise, it's actually a pretty cute show. I loved it when I watched it.

Kristie Hart I’m aware of the live action series that aired in Japan. I’m just talking about the potential live action ‘Sailor Moon’ film with a higher budget.

I think at one point they where casting people for it I read somewhere Scarlett Johansson was going to play sailor moon. I don’t know what happened after that.

Artemis If I remembered clearly, she only voiced ‘Sailor Moon’ in a Robot Chicken episode. Btw, I couldn’t find a source to support your statement but if Scarlet was chosen to play ‘Sailor Moon’, that would be disappointing.

@@coltonbell3806 wow kill a joke why don't you. I grew up on Sailor Moon especially the DiC TV local release, so yeah I'm fully aware of the whole Nega Moon saga. Don't understand why you feel the need to take it so seriously. Or maybe you just have no sense of humor that feel the need to tear me down over just how die hard of a fan you are of the franchise. Whatever.
