I watched this series as it aired and watched reruns for years, crazy how I never once asked myself where the show was filmed. Thank you for posting this.
The Wonder Years was genuinely great TV and it's curiously forgotten today. Obviously not completely forgotten, but it doesn't seem to be held in the regard it really deserves, which is a great shame. A lovely, sweet, sometimes profound nostaliga-fest.
I share your feelings in 100%. Thanks guys for this video! The Wonder Years is a part of my childhood. "And the thing is, after all these years, I still look back ... with wonder.." Greetings for your family!
Glad you liked it, thanks for watching. Yeah that line you quoted from I believe the last episode, is one of the best lines in tv sitcom history. Gives me chills and sort of sad too lol.
I grew up in Burbank CA, wonder years is one of my favorite TV show. Never knew exactly where the filming location was in Burbank. Thank you now I can drive by and take a look and remember the show over again.
I was a kid living in Sri Lanka when this show came out. This show touched our hearts. Great memories. I wish I can visit the filming locations one day.
another gr8 job. I still have fond memories of gathering around the tv once a week to watch this series with yall. such a good wholesome show that is missed in these days now. ty for sharing your wonderful videos.
This is so cool thank you for sharing this! My parents introduced me to The Wonder Years whenever I was like 16 or 17 years old. Whenever the show used to be on Netflix and I ended up falling in love with the show and saw the series at least twice. I’m 23 now and it’s still one of my most favorite shows in the world. Not to mention it has some of the best music from that era and it’s a great coming of age show. My very fond memory of whenever I had first watched The Wonder Years is whenever school had just ended early June for both me and my brother. It was an early summer morning and both me and my dad were sitting on the couch in the living room watching the show together on Netflix.
Thanks, glad you liked the video! It really is one of the most beloved, heart warming shows ever made. It’s always nice to see people who appreciate great cinema 👍
Well done pal!!! Good video, showing those places that are part of that excelent tv show as "The wonder years". Thank you man. Greetings from Venezuela.
Yeap, it's spacial place. I was 9 Years old when I watched it the first time that show, it was in Spanish, but it was also so good cause the translation was great job. Thank you for sharing it with us. Such a great show and time 🤠.
You can also go to Karen and Michael’s house. You can visit Chong’s Chinese. The Lake. The mall when Wayne gets his license. Where Kevin and Teri meet on the pier. My daughter and I have done a bunch of them. It’s a really fun trip, if you have the time.
I didn’t see them so idk if they were home or not. As long as fans aren’t intrusive and take it too far most people are cool with a few photos and quick shots of the area. Sort of comes with the territory of living in a famous house lol
There wasn’t a specific city where the show was supposed to be based on. The producers wanted it to resemble an “Any Town, USA” feel to the audience so more people could relate.
Incomplete! One street over is Paul’s house! On the same street as Paul’s house is the two story house that was Winnie Coopers 2nd house on the show! Remember when she moved? It was only one street away!
Oh Robert, how kind of you to acknowledge the fact that I didn’t visit every single location from the series. It wasn’t my intention to visit every location, just these two. Check out my STAND BY ME, PET SEMETARY, and LOST BOYS filming location videos for that type of thing. Thank you for “correcting “ me, better yet thanks for watching 👍
Haha thanks! Yeah Paul was the man, his house from the show wasnt too far away from here but it was a long day in LA just getting here so we didn’t go. Wish I would have in hindsight.
@@thesummitbeforeyou You’re wrong. I live around here and I’ve been to this house many times. Paul’s house was one street over. Not only that, Winnies house was on the same street as Paul‘s. A big 2 story house. Remember Winnie moved during the show. Well just one street over. An easy walk!
@@robertjacobs8745 To be fair Robert I did say that Paul and Winnie’s second house wasn’t far from where we were, so that doesn’t make what I said wrong. I’ve watched the series multiple times through as a fan so I do remember Winnie moving. Thank you for “correcting” me.
He tried to destroy your Democracy and killed one half million Americans let alone his other crimes and you think he was the best. Stop drinking the coolaid.
