Oh Wonderfruit, where shall we start to praise your countless pleasures? This 4-day festival takes place in the lovely Pattaya Fields in Thailand, an area full of sunshine, palm trees & massive space for a zillion things going on at the same time. Although we really tried to experience everything they offered, it was impossible. This might sound overwhelming & overloaded but it wasn´t since the venue is enormous, so you will always find your spot to do what feels right. Music-wise there were not only about 11 stages but also live bands walking around & a hidden Karaoke corner. Every single stage design was insane, our personal highlight being the Solar Stage (see picture) inspired by a bee hive. We did not check any timetables & just enjoyed the ride; Wonderfruit might not be your first choice if you´re treasure-hunting for trending big names. Going on an endless discovery journey on the venue we found gorgeous Art made exclusively from re- and upcycled materials. Every chill-out area, fence or light was designed to please the eye beyond being functional. Nothing that you needed to be happy was left at chance: the food was a highlight itself - this could have been an award-winning street food event. Their workshop schedule was massive: you could focus on relaxing, exercising, socializing, healing, cooking, learning about diverse topics, massages or confronting yourself with your very personal shadows & change your life in 2 hours (yes, we did that!). We LOVE raving until our legs won´t carry us anymore but our idea of a festival taking place for several days involves interesting activities so the community comes closer which makes our raves way more precious as well! We did experience some minor organizational issues e.g. when arriving or when single water stations were temporarily empty - but nothing that would ever prevent us from coming back to this vibrant event! Early bird tickets for 2019 cost app. 125€ - what a great deal!
