I could see her stitches and understood the pattern after watching very carefully for a few minutes. It's very fine yarn so I imagine it's challenging to demonstrate the stitches in a way that is easy to see and understand. the only stitches she did very quickly were the repeating chain stitches in between the stiches but to me it was obvious she was doing that. And like other commenters suggested, slowing down the playback speed in the settings is always an option.
This is a beautiful pattern. I love it but no offense, your hands were out of screen alot in your tutorial and I had a hard time seeing what you were doing. Ijs. Tyfs God bless you

Your going way to fast, and at times cant see what your doing, I still gave it a like, but make another video of this but slower and pull camera back some
Go to top of video on right to settings to the settings wheel icon: •Tap on wheel, a menu will appear. •Scroll down and tap on “playback speed.” •Choose 0.75, 0.5, or 0.25 This will slow the video down so you can see what she’s doing. I hope this helps you.
I agree at times I can’t see what she is doing and I can’t guess to figure it out. I’ve been crocheting for over 50 years. There are others showing how to do the same pattern. I’ll leave this for those who can figure it out. It’s a beautiful project.
This is absolutely amazing!!! So *BEAUTIFUL* !!! I have a difficult time using tiny crochet hooks (even with a grip) so I will be trying this with a 4 or 5mm hook. Giant gorgeous flowers! I can't wait :))) Could you imagine this with Bernat blanket yarn or bulky yarn? Stunning for a little girl's blankie xxx

If you're not gonna tell us what you're doing, please slow down a little, you're hands move about so much it's hard to follow, I'm a beginner so it's hard for me to see what stitch you're going into.
