This is just too painful to watch. One dozer, and about 10 trucks just isn't getting anything done. The area they're working on is the size of a small city, and there is a hell of a lot of water in that area. There needs to be at least two more dozers out there going all the time, and maybe a few more trucks. Otherwise, they're going to be at this for the next 4/5 years.
