He seems happier with this company and can be more himself even though it's a sub company under starship. They staff takes good care of him. They seem like a big family in this company than starship. In starship felt like coworkers working together I hope one day he can reunite with monsta x i sure all of them miss wonho so much. Monsta x and wonho should start a company and combine fan names.
He’s not, as a solo artist he has no choice but to be this close to his staff, or else It would be really lonely for him. When he used to be with starship he was also close to the staff, but since the members are around him he doesn’t need to bond a strong relationship with them.

He has the best laugh ever. It just puts you at ease. And, I must say, it is wonderful that he has people around him that make him feel this good and that as their boss/client he creates an atmosphere for them to feel the same. Really such a beautiful sight.
