I was with a bunch of friends practicing on my trampoline and they were like "I wish I could do a backfull..." And I goylt pumped up and just did it a bunch of times, didn't land them, but it was awesome :D

Oliver Sheye If you're on tramp, you can just jump like you're going for a backflip, but instead of going straight back you go for a twist, don't worry about the fall, I also tried a double side, but ended up doing a single side and a quarter xD

Dam, if I say so my self I aint bad at getting around, but no style with me, I just started flips this week, in fact I only started handstands this week to. As I said I can move, I just CAN'T be upside down, dont work, after two years of "Free running" (If you can say you free run without flips) I'm just starting to get into the "Fun" part. Anyway this video... body/skill goals right there
