Welcome back to the fun! 🎉 Brunswick Square was my childhood mall, Woodbridge, Menlo and Freehold were all close behind. We went back to see Woodbridge and Menlo about 20 years ago… they were crazy then filled with people. Thanks for posting!!! It’s great to see the mall doing well and we are also very happy here in SC versus the hustle of NJ. Thanks again!
Very Happy to see that Woodbridge Mall is still in business. I left NJ in 2006 ... and so many of the store fronts that I remember are still there. I was especially happy to see the Merry-Go-Round still in operation!
For this time of day at 3:30 PM, it looks very crowded. Usually 3 to 4 PM is a slower time for restaurants and malls, with many people back from lunch or ready to go home from work, unless it's a weekend. Then any time applies. Good to see it crowded, thanks RRR. A giant mall for sure the Woodbridge is.
Are you kidding? First off, the buyer was Spinoso Real Estate Group. Second, the mall is still doing quite well for itself and Spinoso, while not having a perfect track record, has proven they can keep malls that are doing well in good shape.

Location in😅😅😅 worthless claypits to opening in 1971....real estate too valuable and new owners want PILOT TAX CUTS AREAS IN NEED OF. REDEVELOPMENT ...orig concept was mixed use of ousiousing and retail......took big loss on sale and
