If you use the same method to attach the ‘head’ assembly to the beam as is used for the ‘tail’ block, both items are then easily transferred between beams of different lengths to suit different projects. This allows beams to be made on an ‘as needed’ basis without duplicating the other parts. I like the attachment method using metal strips set at an angle as this ensures the blocks don’t tip up at the front as the clamps are tightened when clamping thick items or face-clamping, provided the blocks are drilled on or above their centres.
Ich habe die gleichen Zwingen ,habe aber die Gewindestange durch den Griff und an End der Gewindestange ein Sechskant gefeilt( für den Akkuschrauber ) Ich kann zwar Schweißen aber ich arbeite lieber mit Holz.
Die Idee hatte ich auch schon! Ich weiß gar nicht mehr, wie ich es im Nachhinein hinbekommen habe, aber an den Griffenden sind bei mir mittlerweile Sechskantmuttern für den Akkuschrauber. Mir ist das Arbeiten mit Holz auch lieber, obwohl Schweißen manchmal wirklich hilfreich wäre...
