You did such a great job building that structure. My hubby are I are currently building a 16 x 16' x 8' wooden structure, and yes, we're painting every beam. We'll have a flat roof and the whole thing will be enclosed with 1/2' galvanized steel mesh to keep the varmits out but let the bees in. Being in the Mojave Desert, we needed to have two walls with plastic to protect from the high winds, then we used 40% shade mesh we found cheap on TEMU and are trying to finish before 108 degree temperatures kick in. You really inspired me that we're on the right track, you did a great job. P.S. THANK YOU FOR NOT ADDING MUSIC! You're lucky you don't have high winds. We had to anchor our corners into the ground with cement so the whole thing doesn't blow to Barstow.
I was visioning myself building as I am currently setting out my wood to see how much materials I need When that thing hit your head!! You looked at it like ‘Did you do that?’ I’m on my way to get some brackets!!!🎉😂❤
Yes, this is a material used to protect plants from frost. It survived one winter perfectly, but this winter 2 sections of the roof were torn. I used it as a temporary material, in the spring I will change it to monolithic polycarbonate or glass.
I plan to draw a project within a month. Now there are only sketches of 3D. How it will be ready, I will attach a link and write to you under this message.
