This has brought back happy memories, we were there 3 years ago and met up with mate from Norfolk who was turning 50. We had brilliant weather. Gill

We had not done Norfolk coast before. Beautiful area. It was torrential rain when we were at Cromer. Thanks for watching Gill.

We had a wonderful stay there a few years ago, walking along the beach between east & West Runton was a nice afternoon stroll looking in all the rock pools for crabs

It is a beautiful area. Never been over Norfolk coast. So peaceful and we were almost the only people on the beach. Thanks for watching and your comments.

Another good tour. Like you I’ll use club and private sites, wherever’s best situated. You’ll no doubt have more considerations than me as a family. Cheers for the mention! Very nice & very kind. Take care & ATB to you all.

We stayed here a couple of yrs ago really enjoyed it. Kids enjoyed running up and down from campsite to beach, we did use that access you didn’t use! 😃

A beautiful area. You were braver than us. We looked down and decided we would walk along the cliff 😂 thanks for watching.

@@LiveforTravel just a query do you find not having your own transport a problem as we’re getting rid of our caravan and getting a motorhome nxt yr and this bothers me as I like to go out and about sometimes.
@LiveforTravel
@LiveforTravel 3 года назад
@@mariasnell6868 we are same. We try to choose sites that are either within walking distance of where we want to go or have public transport near. This is something we mention in the videos and we put links in the description for bus timetables etc. We prefer to leave the van on site plugged in.

Why thanks for the shout out sir! Site looked a bit in need of a tidy to me? Grass seems long. Not done much Norfolk as it’s such a boring drive over innit?
@LiveforTravel
@LiveforTravel 3 года назад
The site was lovely but there were little areas where the grass (particularly around where you park) needed to be cut. It is not a quick drive to Norfolk but it was beautiful.

Hi guys nice video we are taking our first trip in our caravan at woodhill this weekend. We are on a XL hard standing pitch and just wondering what length of waste pipe I would need to get from back of caravan to drain as I haven't bought any waste pipe yet.
@LiveforTravel
@LiveforTravel 10 месяцев назад
Thanks. We ended up with x2 of the 4 pack of Colapz pipes which gives a maximum of 8 metres. It depends on where the outlet is on the van. Ours is over 3 metres from the side to the rear and you usually need around 2 metres more to reach the drain. Depends on site of course and the pitch as some are further away. We hope you enjoy your first stay and future adventures.

Thank you for replying quickly I will have a look at the collapz pipes. I will check out your other vids for more nice Norfolk sites.

You will have to go to more busy camp sites as the children get older! They will find the quiet sites are boring as they hit their teens!

Can you go camping just anywhere or do you have to stick to organized sites like this? My dad and I used to camp "out in the boonies" on public lands or with permission from the land owner on our western SD shooting excursions.....out in the weeds, absolutely NO amenities other than we brought along, truly primitive camping! '''
@LiveforTravel
@LiveforTravel 3 года назад
Yes you can “wild camp” which we do plan on trying. It will give a test of the leisure battery when not plugged into the electric.

@@karllake8976 ah. Understand. Must have done some work since. Only thing we found was some of the grass verges around the plots needed cutting.
