Wow! You definitely have to be mechanically inclined(smart) be able to put this together! If anybody can do it, you can! Maybe you could contact the manufacturer for help if needed?! ❤
Who needs two people when you got a John Deere equipped with a forklift!!!!! 😂😂😂 Lookin' good there Chad! Can’t wait to see this monster in action!!! What are you gonna build first?
glad that was you and not me.....I would have put that heavy part on the rails first and screwed it all up. I don't understand why they want you to add more weight before you raise it up onto the rail. And for the love of God, google something before you change it, just saying.
Oh, I know what your first build needs to be…. Something to protect that bad boy!!!! You need some sort of roof over that monster! I would hate to see it get all wet and then Rusted up… you literally busted your butt putting that thing together… I know I couldn’t have done it! I can barely put a bloody puzzle together! lol
Epic, just epic. Just to read and interpret those instructions is a feat in itself. I am quite sure that the Company would be impressed that you did all of this with Molly and Olive as the volunteers. The weight of the mill is something for more than one to handle, and to centre and align with such precision…….. 🏆
As someone who used to write a lot of instructions its probably been tested.. like have someone with no knowledge actually build one with the instructions.. on the other hand a lot of these can be a bit difficult.. esp when parts dont fit.
Thank God for men. It looks like a tough task there, but I know you can do it. I don't think there is anything you cannot do. Chad take care of your back too. It will be exciting to see it work. The dogs are cute staying right there with you. Have a great day. ❤😊
Love how Olive and Molly supervised your every move… I noticed your kitty kat overlords were nowhere to be seen…. lol …. Probably a good thing as their curiosity would have had them Into everything!
One thing about completely assembling this beast by yourself is that WHEN something goes wrong, you're going to know how every inch of this thing was put together. I would just remind you that it isn't the things we do when we are older that create the twinges, aches, and pains. It's the cumulative overreaches of a lifetime. One day, something you used to be able to do suddenly becomes a bridge too far. Okay, enough of that! I'm so impressed with the way you just moved methodically, step by step, through the instructions. Well done!
Wow well done you have mad skills for real and so much patience,i think you should email the manufacturer and let them know about the key part you had to shave down so they can adjust their computer to cut it properly and any other problems you have encountered because if nobody lets them know they will carry on. And its good to have proof that you got in touch just in case you have any future problems.😊
Wow Chad, you are a true handyman!! I'm amazed but you have dine douch grrar stuff on the, farm, the ducky bunky, the goose caboos, the octagon chicken coop and the cat cave and catio. You're amazing! And of course, that gorgeous pond! Great job!!!❤A true labor of love, you're super great Chad and your Darling is very lucky to have you, and you her. And of course, all your animals are blessed to have super papa!👌👏👏👏👏👏😻👍😸😹
Go big or go home! If you can do it, might as well start with the beast. Such an intimidating venture, but you're tackling it like a champ! I'm glad it came with good instructions.
Good job 👍👍👍 Congratulations to you and John, John Deere 😂 At least you read the manual and had rhe smarts to enlist John to help out holding that big bracket! Thanks so much for sharing your time and knowledge with us 🎉🎉🎉
It's big. You will have to put at least a ceiling over it. I'm sure everything is fine, because the dogs were there all the time. A lot of hard work, give some rest to your back.
Hello Chad, that other guy from Canada that brought his saw mill (you know the one that I sent you his video, that put his mills saw mill together, maybe reach out to him by email if you are having trouble). Very Good Engine........Honda !
Very ambitious! Best of luck. Traveling through BC enroute to Alaska. On way back get back into the states via Ontario. Maybe I’ll see sawdust spewing forth from your area by then!
yes when you build your track up so high you will need something to lift it up i put mine right on the ground so i don't have to lift my logs that high and to deal with putting my logs on a deck and stuff
Found my wayward comment attached to vlog from a month ago! What a sense of satisfaction you must have assembling the mill, putting it to work the first time, and looking forward to the self sufficiency it means. The pioneers would be astounded to even imagine such a thing! Does the mill require a lot of maintenance?d💪🏻🪓😅
