I really admire your approach to modeling the creek. That picture reminds me of any creek within walking or driving distance. Late autumn I'd guess from the leaf cover. Your creek looks awesome so far too! The blue... scared me. The rock tips are really good advice. I have been saving up my plaster bits but I don't have near as many. Not yet anyway. Working on it slowly. On my GV layout I plan to leave the creek area dry but have not finalized much of it to give myself room if desired. I think it'll be an area of great interest on your layout by the looks of it so far!
yep, the blue didn't work out perfectly but gonna salvage it. Didn't feel like breaking out the airbrush set and learning how to do it. Another layer with. some color and ripples should do it. On the rocks, I busted perfectly made large boulders in a plastic bag with a hammer. Didn't need big ones. Thanks for watching
@@copterdude1 Cool, yeah I have almost pulled the trigger on buying an airbrush so many times in the last couple of months. I may do it soon, but it'll be all new to me so I'm hesitating. I *know* it is needed, but I am in a small apartment so will need to vent it out a window and all that stuff. Imagine plastering all that in an apartment? I did! haha.
