Having been around young cats and dogs over my life, I've noticed each individual animal has a learning period where they have to figure out how to do all those dog and cat things. All the everyday stuff we take as a given is totally new to them, and they have to get the hang of things as they experience them. How to negotiate stairs, how to ask to go outside, where to go to the bathroom, how to get in and out of a car, and on and on. After their first year, they get pretty accustomed to their routine, and they become journeymen, or maybe journey-dogs/cats. Nala has to learn a new cat thing just about every day, and she does it with such ease and aplomb. She's graduated from journeycat to mastercat. What a great life she lives.
He deserved it, he saved her. He took her with him in a foreign land, where it was hard for him to navigate all the formalities to take a cat over borders, but he did it, for her and for himself.
Gmunden is so clean, neat and pretty. Nala is such an adventurer/explorer- not afraid of heights; nor of plane flights; & is so naturally curious. She sure hiked a lot & so glad Nala's papa knew his kiddo so well gauging her exhaustion & returned home.
The thing about going for a walk with a cat is that you get a totally different perspective on things. Without Nala, you'd never have seen the ends of that culvert.
I'm new to following ur travels. Read the book first then discovered this site. Please wear a bike helmut. Nala would miss u so if u got hurt. Luv ur vids. Nala is one lucky cat. Have u had ur covid vacinations. Retired Public Health RN.
Nala my sweetheart I love you soooo much.. she is sooo cute.. millions of kisses to Nala ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
One of my cats whenever she escapes will go out, sniff around a bit but within 5 or 10 minutes will get scared by something, run under the house and hide and will not come out until I go out to get her. Her sister I suspect would spend more time outside than in if I would let her.
Don’t feel sad. My two cats have the opportunity to go outside and do whatever the hell they want to at anytime, and the vast majority of the time they choose to stay indoors. They’ll even sit at open windows and just bird and people watch.
The second best decision Dean ever made was quitting work and getting on a bicycle. The best decision he made was taking Nala with him. The third best decision was taking all of us along with both of them. Such a simple thing, yet such a wonderful adventure for all of us. I am grateful.
I love the places that you take Nala and us to. Beautiful scenery. I've fallen in love with both of you. Cats have always been in my life. You are such a wonderful caring person. Christine.XX
My day is complete, seeing such breathtaking scenery, and Dean and Nala’s oneness. She understands what Dean says which shows what a close relationship.
Nala’s coat is getting to be a beautiful reddish colour while still retaining her tabby features! She loves these trips with her dad-everyone loves her!😻 🇦🇺
Gmunden ,we have been there twice ,but some years ago when the old cable cars were still there ,we also walked to the top of Grünberg, about 1 quarter the way up was a house with a little black and white cat who was so friendly he/she was rolling around on the floor ,very cute ,evenings we went for walks around the lake and find a bench and just watch the ducks it is so quiet I can recommend it to anybody wanting a break a real break
Dean you do a great job of shooting video while exploring the world and taking care of Nala. I'm glad she joined you on your journey, so you can take your time and truly see the beauty of the world. What you two are doing is so much more enriching than flying a jet around the world. Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing you and Nala's travels with us the viewers.
If I live another 76 years, I will never catch up to all the places Nala has seen. What a lucky kitty that found her. They definitely belong together. It's pure love and trust in each other. Thank you for carrying me in your trips.
The world's most famous cat, she's extraordinary, how lucky she found you, her future was bleak as a feral cat, litter after litter, I know, I've rescued 112 kittens and a few mothers, many were dumped, I found them fantastic homes
Dean that place is just breathtaking! I wish I could move to Austria. After watching your videos I fell in love with that country. Gorgeous!! Loved the video! Stay safe! ❤️❤️❤️
In 1bike1world videos, you can always count on interesting walks/rides, amazing scenery with incredible photography and editing, and of course, Nala being absolutely adorable. Thanks for sharing with us Dean!!
My cat, Buu, sat down in front of the phone and watched most of the video! He pawed at the screen a few times. I think he's jealous. Nevertheless, we both loved it! Thanks for sharing another adventure with us. ❤
Nala is thinking, "what do you mean we aren't going up there"? It looks like a big cat condo? She kept on looking back at it. She looked a little terrified going up the mountain too. Beautiful videos, thanks for all the work you do!
I love this. Its all about Nala. You are so relaxed. You'll be getting rsi in your shoulder. She's getting big. Oh damn social distancing. Must be hard for folk. I would be all over her.
haha, in the woods Nala looks a bit confused. She hears a lot of birds but she just doesn't see them, her ears are spinning❤️❤️❤️Love how easy she is with people.
Yeah!! I just gave my 9 yr old grandaugther Nalas world book. And showed her some posts. She like he's a nice guy for saving the kitten. Boy is she right!! Angel from Norfolk VA.
Hello Dean and Nala, I love seeing your videos. The scenery is stunning and Nalas reactions 5o things make my day. Like when you were going downhill on bike and Nalas face was the epitome of happiness😻
"Are you Happy?" I know Dean is asking Nala but I answered YES! I am happy to see you both! Thank you for sharing your wonderful times together. Bless you Dean and Nala!
I think Nala found a place she could call home! There's a HUGE cat tree house, all kinds if hidey hole tunnels and occasional people to admire her beauty. Soooo, if you ever decide to settle down.....
Thank you for this fun video! Love the nature walk and seeing you and Nala interacting with other nature walkers. Nala attracts attention where ever she goes! Beautiful location!
Nala is my virtual cal. I want so bad to have a cat but I cant. I watch Nela's videos dreaming that she is mine for a moment. Thank you Nela for "miauwing" your way into the RU-vid world.
That was a wonderful trip Dean, many years before I visit the Grünberg. Fantastic view to the Traunlake. Nala loves to go with you anywhere. Stay healthy Dean and Nala, thank you for the wonderful film. 🙏🙏❤️😘💚
Beautiful Princess Narla will have a go at anything. She's not fazed by her adventures with Dean. He always loves her and looks after Princess Narla really well. It's amazing where they go, always together.
Well you did it again Dean, took us to another beautiful place, beautiful views💕❤️💕😻 & nala loved it too & is such a celebrity wherever she goes, & I noticed she commented on how she liked it too 😁😂😻👍🇬🇧
Beautiful Nala out having another awesome day sight seeing with her wonderful Dad 🙏🏻🥰😍😘❤️🐾. When ya’ll were walking the trails, the sounds were so tranquil ❤️🦋❤️🦋🐾
Glad you both enjoyed the walk. I kind of expected Nala was going to catch a mouse near the culvert. Thanks for showing the excursion and the wonderful view from the mountain.
1bike1 Walk, tram ride to the top of the mountain. Nala's beautiful, she is a very lucky cat . World traveler. She's going to be a very tired kitty cat when she gets back home. All the smells 😻 See you in the next video.. California Blessings
I often drive out by the ocean and on my way home, if I happen to come home around 6 or 7, at dusk, there is someone who is always walking her cat through her neighbourhood. Considering that we have coyotes on the island, I find it scary, but it seems to be enjoyable for that cat! I think you have to start when they're young, though
It's difficult to teach them to walk in a leash at firsh but once they get the hang of it, it's more fun..My cat knows that it's her walk time once I have her leash on my hand and she gets very excited.
