I didn’t expect this video to make it on people’s algorithms, but I’m happy that a lot of you guys are enjoying this short clip, appreciate everyone taking the time to watch :)
@@edwigcarol4888 It's like that one pulsar we have a few glaxies away that you can set your clock to spinning more accurately than even our shit here on earth lmao
LOL, I was just watching this and when your Ring doorbell rang, our dog Buzz reacted with a short growl and went to our front door thinking it was our Ring doorbell that rang.
@@deletdis6173 I shared it on Lesley the Bird Nerd’s channel. That should give it some oomph! 😃 On a video about Woodpeckers. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kgwu4NwWnt8.html
I mean this could also be seen as scary. Imagine waking up as that bird and you were trying to get back into your own home, only to realize there's nothing you can do other than just be birb. 😶
So could this be the mystery so many people have experienced....someone knocks...no one is there....the doorbell rings....no one is there. I mean...people didn't always have those door cameras. This was just too damn cute.
@@anomaly395 Half the time when I think I hear a knock "It's coming from inside the house!!!"...LOL!!! It's usually one of my cats doing something shady upstairs...LOL!!
As someone that is frequented by three different species of woodpecker to our house, just seeing the blase look on his face fills me with a rage that can only be quenched by Bee and PuppyCat.
Sooo glad this showed up in my recommended, love it!! Reminds me of that scene in Fox and the Hound where the woodpecker knocks on Widow Tweed's door lol.
Poor Douglas. So angered at himself and the world he has to be sarcastic to a complete stranger and then rip her by calling her a colorful and potentially, scary clown. Lol bro get a life and stop the anger. Get outside and find a girlfriend. Experience that instead of watching your videos of them females.
Fun fact: Some lithium batteries emit a smell not unlike beetle larvae, which is why bears will sometimes rip trail cameras off trees and destroy them, thinking there's food in there. The woodpecker likely thought the same.
Well, woodpeckers like all passerine birds can't smell, Woodpeckers are acoustic hunters, meaning they hunt by sound, could be that the doorbell is emitting ultrasonic sounds that sound like insect larva. Now, onto your bear comment, I know that the reason bears often break into cars (particularly older cars) and rip up/eat the lining of the car doors/roof/seats is because they give off a smell similar to formic acid, which is what ants produce. Idk if trail cameras have foam in them, but it would be for the same reason.
Sounds plausible until you realize woodpeckers aren't bears. But I had an interesting encounter with mold that smelled like cat urine. My cats must have thought I had lost my mind accusing them of pissing anywhere other than in an appropriate receptacle.
